Sound and vibration as medicine. ✨

Each Chakra has it's own frequency and these tuning forks are calibrated to meet them, one by one, from head to root.

Placed with intention, the vibration moves through the body to release cellular memory and trauma, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance across every energy center.

This is energy work you can feel. 🤍

Ready to feel it for yourself? DM to book a Tuning Fork session.

Rest & digest with this vagus nerve reset.

Remind your body that you're safe to relax by tuning into the primordial sound of creation with the OM Tuner & soma glider.

It goes smoothly over skin and I love to add a little oil for nice glide.

It was hard to even talk while putting this on my body. It's super relaxing.

Harmonize with your unique Soul song 🎵

Your wellness tool, in the palm of your hand.

I love how easy tuning forks are to use. They're a self-help tool for wellness, and this Oam tuning fork is beautifully multipurpose. Use it for relaxation, pain and tension relief, stress relief, sinus clearing and so much more. Have fun, play with it. There's no wrong way to explore!

I also love it for beauty: lymphatic drainage support and toning facial muscles.

Use it on acupressure points. If you're afraid of needles, this is the acupuncture alternative you've been waiting for. No needles, easy to use, anywhere, anytime.

I love the high quality of @somaenergetics tuning forks. If you like to try one, my code CECILIA11 is yours to use.

Have you tried a tuning fork before? Tell me in the comments.

It seems we may be working through something collectively in the heart.

Inviting the parts of us that we've rejected into the heart, we can soften.

Notice the moment you go into judgment. Come back to the breath, and sit back. Give it space and soften in your body.

The heart chakra, or Anahata, is the central energy center in the body, governing love, compassion, and emotional balance.

Activating it with sound vibration can deepen your emotional healing, enhance self-love, and harmonize your energy field.

Key Elements of Heart Chakra Activation

Sound Frequency: The heart chakra resonates with the frequency of 341.3 Hz. This frequency promotes emotional healing, compassion, and connection.

Solfeggio Tones
639 Hz Associated with interpersonal relationships, love, and harmony.
528 Hz: Known as the "Love Frequency," it promotes transformation and DNA repair.

Benefits of Heart Chakra Activation with Sound

- Enhanced emotional healing

- Increased capacity for love and compassion

- Improved relationships

- Greater emotional resilience

- Alignment of heart and mind

By practicing this activation regularly, you can cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and others, fostering a harmonious and loving environment.

🎧 6 Hz Theta Binaural Beat

Take a few minutes to slow down and listen.

In this session, I’m using two tuning forks to create a 6 Hz binaural beat, within the theta frequency range (approximately 4–8 Hz).

Theta brainwave activity is commonly associated with states of deep relaxation, meditation, inward attention, creativity, and dreamlike awareness. Binaural beats are created when slightly different frequencies are presented to each ear, creating a perceived rhythmic difference between the two tones.

For this experience, I invite you to simply listen, breathe, and notice what happens.

You might feel relaxed.
You might notice your thoughts becoming quieter.
You might experience imagery, sensations, emotions, or perhaps nothing particularly noticeable at all.

There’s no right or wrong experience. Just notice.

Headphones are recommended for the binaural effect.

After listening, I’d love to hear from you:

What did you feel, notice, or experience during these 3 minutes?
Share your experience in the comments. 👇

The full-length version is now available on my YouTube channel, Sound Healing Vibes, for those who want to spend more time with the sound.
