Es momento de despertar la conciencia pero solemos pensar que ello depende de la cabeza siguiendo la filosofía racionalista.

▪️Para despertar debemos emprender
un viaje, sin distancias, que lo transforma todo.
Un viaje de la cabeza al corazón.
▪️El corazón tiene razones que la razón desconoce.
▪️Para superar el velo de Maya (ilusión) debemos trascender el intelecto para adentrarnos en el corazón.
▪️Mientras veamos a la persona que tenemos enfrente como el enemigo no hay solución.

El único camino es la unidad para la resolución de problemas.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

People sometimes ask me what is so special about Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa ‘s Method and it is difficult to put in into words beyond a variety of emotions and feelings that generates this practice.

Perhaps it’s the Melody and its tempo that surrounds me, it lifts me up leaves me in trance.

Perhaps it’s the time when my mind is silenced to give space to a vortex of sensations.

Perhaps it’s the rhythmic dance of souls in total connection and complicity, the magical and wise voice that is guiding us.

The beautiful sound of breathing together, it’s like feeling that you are not and you will never be alone.

The Kula (comunity) that accompanies you wherever you are, supporting each other.

Thank you all for being, staying and helping me in this path of evolution.

WOULD YOU RATHER --𝗕𝗘 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘?

Antes de ser viejos y sabios, primero hay que ser jóvenes y estúpidos.

Los tiempos de conquistar con la razón, de imponer y pelear verdades absolutas cada vez son más historia.
Me aburre solo escucharme y sufrir esclavizándome por mis propios argumentos, de esa versión tan limitada del mundo mil veces contada por mí y por otros tantos.

El mundo es mucho más vasto y ciertamente desconocido.
Elijo abiertamente ser libre de esas ataduras, del ego, de las historias...Prefiero empatizar, abrirme, ser humilde, escucharme desde el corazón...

No importa tener la razón o la batalla supuestamente vencida, lo verdadero es amar, ceder, volar, compartir, brillar y evolucionar para amanecer cerca del sol.

Hemos tenido la suerte y la bendición de organizar este evento para celebrar a la mujer e impulsar el liderazgo femenino.

Un espacio de complicidad, de historias de superación, de crecimiento y de evolución constante.
