just want to pop in a few times a month but not always here? looking to explore SOMA? try a 4 pack!

coming more than 4x a week religiously? <— swipe back and look at “The Membership”

we’ve been there before too. & to tell you the unfiltered truth we are so over the lock you in, telling you what to do and how to move 🐄sh%# ..

we want to build something different, and mean it. & that starts with doing things the opposite way from how our industry tells us to run things.

SOMA is a place where you don’t feel the pressure to perform, to hit a quantitive milestone of attendance. we want you to find a home, a friend, a place you don’t put “on pause” when life gets busy. instead the place you run to to find balance, movement, healing when life is silly.

something, someone, some place that is always there for you. your third space.

SOMA is a home for well•beings

so chose how move with us. come say hi, explore the growing space, we have so much in store for you we are bursting at the seams.

xx

Oct 3 is National BF Day & it is always good fun to humble the men up in pilates & sculpt classes iykyk ;)

We are turning all our classes into a special set, including bonus classes this Saturday only! All classes are sold in 2-pack spots, bring the BF (or come with ya gf, bestie, whomever!). After class we will have coffee & refreshments + Polaroid bar (we want to decorate the studio!).

NOTE: This is a just a fun little excuse to throw a party day at SOMA. We by NO MEANS, require boyfriends here. TBH “BF” stands for best friend in our minds 🫶🏼 WE LOVE AND WELCOME ALL, love whoever the hell you want to love y’all & bring them to class Saturday we want to meet everyone in your life <3 by @somareform
