Ibiza… you did NOT disappoint 💃☀️ We’ve been running retreats in Ibiza for several years now, and every time it feels like coming home. There’s something about the island’s infectious energy, beautiful landscapes, and laid-back spirit that makes it the perfect place to reset, reconnect, and play. Our latest retreat was full of unforgettable moments — yoga, dance, beach trips, exploring hippy markets, silly games (yes...even Jeremy Beadle made an appearance) horse riding, rooftop terrace sunsets, and wandering through Ibiza Town. We stayed in the most incredible villa with a pool, hot tub, saunas, fresh home-cooked meals from our private chef. Fresh herbs and veg growing right there… because obviously we’re now that wholesome 🌿Most of all, what made this retreat so special was the amazing group of women who joined us. So many shared moments, real connection, belly laughs, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. grateful for every single one of you who made it what it was. Feeling so grateful to keep building this beautiful retreat community in a place we love. We’re not over Ibiza… so we’re going BACK 💃✨10th-16th October 2026 🌞🌿 And honestly… we cannot wait.Same island magic. Same beautiful vibes. ✨ 🌈 What an incredible day at Leeds West Indian Carnival – the vibes were amazing, the community was alive, and it was so beautiful to see everyone uniting together in celebration. I feel so honoured to be part of the RJC Dance troupe 💃🏽. RJC is honestly like medicine for my soul – when I’m in class nothing else matters. It’s pure escapism, pure bliss. No matter what’s happening in life, stepping into that space feels liberating and uplifting. The energy transforms your whole state of mind. At RJC, everyone is like family – we support and uplift each other every step of the way. The staffare absolutely amazing too, always encouraging and creating such a positive space. ❤ A special shoutout to Nillanthie – our teacher with the most infectious energy and rare talent. Earlier this year we held a crowdfunder which left us with full hearts and slightly fuller pockets - reaching towards our goal of £25,000 to fund our SOMA Renovation (big ask, we know).
