We eventually arrived! That was some weather we had to traverse, cancelled trains, backlogged taxis, waterlogged motorway, delayed flights....
Was it worth it?!.... Of course!
Today we had the leisurely task of packing up 300 goody bags ready for the lovely guests tomorrow which gave us plenty of time to catch up with everyone at YogaFit Retreats 🩷 by @somaticsoundwavehealing

After a rollercoaster of a year we will be off on Friday to YogaFit Retreats for a much wanted reunion with our Yogafit family.
The energy and compassion from our much wider team of instructors always fills our cup 🩷
We are like sponges when we are there. Soaking up all of the knowledge and support they offer as a community.
What Flow Dance Meditation founder Lindsay J along with Ken Johnston and SoulFull Healings have taught us amongst the last 10 years, we now have the joy of sharing with others 🙏

For us personally, we cannot wait to feel the warm embrace of our Yogafit family, nourish our souls, learn how to manage this busy life and offload and share our worries to people that listen and care. It's a rare environment we absolutely emulate as best as we can here in Shropshire at Somatic SoundWave Healing .

We won't be around much this next 2 weeks but we will be popping our exploits on here with you all.... Mainly to entice you to join us all next year!!
For now though, please enjoy these snapshots of our previous stays 🌴

Please do email or message us as usual. Always available 💞

From the warmth of the sunshine to the warmth of a fluffy blanket....
So many new faces joined us last night and not one of them had ever been to a Soundbath before. What a delight to introduce them to our World of Sound 🩷

Our SSH family worked so hard getting the space ready for our Guests, making things sparkly and pretty, we are so lucky to have such a fantastic team.

Our Guests though... All those sleepy, smiley faces in our Aftercare Circle makes us feel so fulfilled. Familiar faces each time, enjoying our little offering to our community.

Thank you all for choosing to spend Saturday night with us, it's our favourite place to be 🙏😍 by @somaticsoundwavehealing

The leaves are falling. The jumpers are out. Soups and stews and shepherds pie become the comfort food. Hot chocolate in a big old mug a dreamy luxury as an evening in your PJs beckons...
Rather than snuggling on the sofa, come and snuggle in your jammies and be tucked in by our SSH family on a beautiful floating Somatic SoundWave Healing soundbath. Welcome the season in with us this October 🍂💤

In a mad, mad World that is so loud sometimes, to come together to find some peace is invaluable 🙏

Tonight had such a mellow vibe for us after a rather special day at Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith entertaining the most wonderful children and their such attentive staff and family.

Feeling so utterly grateful, we were ready to infuse our Guests tonight with warmth and community. What a beautiful bunch of people we experienced. Birthdays and celebrations, familiar, friendly faces and hugs full of care for all 🩷

It never ceases to fill us with happiness at meeting new people who love what we offer. Our wonderful SSH family, always on hand to guide both in and out of the pool.

Thank you everyone for choosing to spend precious time with us and our SSH community 🥰
