"The living ghost stories..." 30 X 60 wood panel charcoal, conte, ink, paint. I plan on reworking this further in procreate but experimenting with different tones in PS to start. Something about the blue lends a ghostly nature that seems appropriate. The inherent narrative in the wood grain lends itself to a different story in each piece - it's often beyond me sometimes and having other tools in which to "capture" through digital, help it move along into a different sphere... which is pretty exciting. #charcoaldrawing #wood #darkart #fairycore #gothicart #dream #death #someotherform #davitvvhelan #portlandart #portlandartist #subconsciousmind #possession #spellcasting #child #fox #guide by @someotherform
