POSTS STORIES REELS

Walk to the far end of Radhanagar, past where most people turn back, and the coastline bends into this.

Neil’s Cove. A half-circle of sand, water the colour of sea glass, reef you can read from the air, and rainforest standing right at the edge of it.

Most visitors never make the walk. That’s rather the point.

A note worth knowing: this is a cove for watching, not for swimming. Stay on the sand, go at low tide, and let it be what it is.

10 years…and Infinite gratitude. 🤍

What began as a small, heartfelt dream by the sea has today become a place filled with stories — of travellers who became friends, of laughter echoing over plates shared, of first dates, family dinners, quiet moments, and unforgettable sunsets.

This restaurant was never just about food.
It was about feeling — barefoot comfort, honest flavours, warm conversations, and that gentle Andaman breeze that stays with you long after you leave.

To our guests who trusted us, returned to us, recommended us, waited patiently, celebrated with us — thank you 🙏🏼 ❤️
To our team, past and present, who showed up every single day with heart and resilience — this journey belongs to you.
And to this island, which tested us, shaped us, and gave us so much love — we are forever grateful.

Ten years later, we’re still learning, still dreaming, still doing things something different — with the same soul we started with.

Here’s to the memories behind us and the many more yet to come.
With love, always… Akshay & Benazir

This is a loss that words cannot capture. I want to celebrate the incredible person you were and the values you upheld. You were truly one in a million. I had the rare privilege of spending so much time with you, and in every moment, I saw a man with a heart of gold and genuine kindness. It’s still hard to accept that I won’t have the chance to meet you again. We are here today because of your belief in us, and we will continue to honor your legacy in every way possible. Until we meet again, Sir, I am deeply grateful for all that you did and for the person you were. You gave me hope and helped my dreams take flight. I hope you can feel my tight hug. Love you always. #ratantata @ratantata by @something.different.andamans

It always starts with one person.
This time, it was the smallest guest at the table. 💃

Then the next table joined in.
Then the travellers from halfway across the world.
Then the friend group who swore they “don’t dance.”

Different cities. Different countries. Same dance floor.
That’s a night at Beach No. 2.

Island heat? This is the fix. 🥒🍏

Refreshment at Garden
🍸 Gin – 60 ml
🥒 Cucumber juice – 30 ml
🌼 Elder syrup – 15 ml
🍏 Apple juice – 30 ml

Shake it up. Pour over ice into a tall glass with a cucumber ribbon. Mint on top, straw in.

Cool, green, and dangerously easy to drink.
Save it for the weekend, or let us make it for you on Beach No. 2.

It started as dinner.
Then someone turned the music up.

A table full of plates. A friend across from you.
And a few songs later, the whole café is on its feet: families, friend groups, even the little ones.

That’s a Havelock night at Beach No. 2.
Come for dinner. See where the night goes.

Years together, and still finding new places to sit side by side.

A table by the sea. A little candle. Someone at the next table clapping along.
Some evenings don’t need a plan. They just need the right corner of the island.

Bring your person. We’ll take care of the rest. ❤️

Some places survive the hype. Radhanagar is one of them.

You’ve seen it on every list of Asia’s best beaches, and then you stand on it: two kilometres of white sand, water that turns from glass to deep turquoise in the space of a few steps, and forest coming right down to meet it.

It doesn’t need a filter. It never did.

Low tide pulls the sea far back and the whole beach changes shape. Knowing when to walk it is the difference between a nice photograph and a morning you remember for years.

Save this one. You’ll want it when you’re planning.

History made beneath the waves. 🇮🇳🌊
On May 2, 2026, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands etched their name into the Guinness World Records — unfurling the world’s largest underwater national flag, a magnificent 60m × 40m Indian Tricolour, beneath the crystal waters of Radhanagar Beach, Swaraj Dweep.
This wasn’t just a record. It was 223 hearts beating as one — the Indian Navy, Coast Guard, Andaman & Nicobar Police, Forest Department, and divers from every diving centre on this island, led by Lt. Governor Admiral (Retd.) D.K. Joshi himself. Even three school students dove into history that morning.
To every diver, every agency, and the entire A&N Administration — this island is so proud of you. 🙏
The Andamans has always been extraordinary. Now the world knows it too. by @something.different.andamans

Before the crowds. Before the sunshine filters. Before the season begins.

This is Havelock as few people see it: mist caught in the canopy, a lone boat drifting over coral, rock ledges the tide gives back for an hour, and surf that keeps its own time.

The Andamans aren’t one mood. They’re dozens, and knowing which one you’re walking into is half the magic.

We’ve spent over a decade learning the tides, the light, the quiet corners and the right moments on these islands. Season opens in October.

Everyone lands in Port Blair. Almost nobody looks at it.

It’s treated as the airport you pass through on the way to Havelock. But give it a day: coastline the road never shows you, a sandspit that appears with the tide, forest that runs straight down to the water.

The islands reward the people who slow down.
