Sweetness Check: viral cookie butter Biscoff latte at Café Rix in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort ☕️🍪

The sweetness is customizable! It usually comes with five pumps, but I ordered mine with two since I don’t love super sweet coffee. That made it just right for me. The cookie butter lines the inside of the cup, so I didn’t taste much of it in the coffee itself. Scraping the sides with the straw before taking a sip gave me that yummy Biscoff cookie butter! It was delicious!

Even without a strong cookie butter taste in every sip, it was delicious. I’d order it again! Follow me for more reviews on the sweetness level of different Disney coffees! Have you tried it?

We spent a week at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge with our kids, and waking up to giraffes outside our window was the highlight of every day! 🦒 This was a few years ago and I’ve been wanting to go back ever since!

We loved trying the African dishes at Jiko for our anniversary dinner (shoutout to my mom for babysitting so we could have a dinner date 😂) Boma was a hit for both breakfast and dinner. The bread pudding! 🤤 Between the animals, pool, arcade, resort activities, and campfire marshmallows, the kids had so much to do!

Once you’re in the World Showcase, you don’t always want to walk all the way back toward the front of the park just to find something kid-friendly! Everyone’s idea of a picky eater is different, but these are the options my picky kids will eat around EPCOT Food & Wine. 🍴

🇲🇽 Mexico: KIDS MENU 👏🏻 with the basics
🇨🇦 Canada: Filet Mignon & Mashed Potatoes- you can ask for no mushrooms
🇫🇷 France: Croissant Jambon Fromage & Jambon Beurre- you can get no Dijon butter on the baguette
🇩🇪 Germany: Schinkennudeln- the onions are very hidden in this dish and if they don’t like the ham it’s pretty easy to eat around.
🇺🇸 America: Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt- this was very light on the BBQ flavor so mostly a very cheesy shredded beef sandwich

Sometimes the best Disney moments aren’t even planned. ✨ We caught the fireworks from the monorail—and it could also be a great option for kids who enjoy fireworks but don’t love the loud booms! Being inside helps soften the sound while they still get a glimpse of the magic. 🎆🚝

One reason we love the Disney Skyliner with kids! 🚡 Most strollers can roll right on, so you don’t have to unload everything (or a sleeping kid 😆) and fold the stroller like you do on the buses. Just keep in mind that double-wide strollers will need to be folded!
