I’m super excited for the 18th annual Beyond the Fence Event at The Midway in San Francisco on August 2nd.

If you’re heading to Burning Man and you’re looking for some badass clothing, statement pieces, or anything that’s going to help you stand out on the playa, this is the event to be at.

You’ve got dozens of incredible independent vendors all under one roof for one day only, with everything from fashion and accessories to unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else.

And even if you’re not going to Burning Man, it’s still absolutely worth checking out. It’s a great place to find amazing clothing, get inspired, meet some really cool people, and soak up an incredible atmosphere.

We’ll be there with SONAS, so come by and say hello, I’d love to meet you.

Beyond the Fence. August 2nd. The Midway, San Francisco.
I’ll see you there!

It’s been 10 years since I started selling my styles and we’re still going strong. We’ve come a long way in that time, and we couldn’t have done it without you guys. Thank you for sticking with SONAS and I look forward to continuing to sell bad ass clothing for many years to come.😊✌️

Lately, quite a few women have been saying to me, “Gerry, you’ve got all these badass sequin jackets and cool pieces for the guys, but what about us?” 😂

And you know what? They’re right!

So I decided it was time to bring in some more cool women’s clothing. So I picked up some pieces that I think are absolutely badass!

My approach to buying women’s clothes is pretty simple: If I were a woman, would I wear it? 😂

That’s pretty much how I choose everything!

Anyway, here’s my friend Keke,, modeling some of our latest finds.

Let me know what you guys think! And if anything catches your eye, swing by and check them out.

Be Bold. Be Unique. ❤️

Hey folks, wondering if you could help me out with something! 🙏

A lovely lady who attended Marin Fashion Night lost her parasol umbrella that evening. It has a lot of sentimental value to her, and we’d absolutely love to get it back.

I’m hoping someone might have spotted it, picked it up by mistake, or taken it home for safekeeping.

Here’s a picture of her holding the parasol. If anyone has seen it or knows where it might be, please reach out!

It would mean so much to her to get it back. Thanks a million, everyone! ❤️🙏

One of the things I absolutely love about working in our store is all the amazing dogs that come through our doors. ❤️🐾

This little guy stopped in this morning, and he’s only four months old! How adorable is he?

Honestly, the dogs make my day just as much as the people do. If I have to be honest, the dogs probably make the day better than people 😂

That’s one of the things I love most about SONAS! ❤️

PS, if you haven’t seen “Heart of the Beast” yet the new Brad Pitt movie, I highly recommend it, especially if you’re a dog lover!

Quick question, folks! 💃🕺

If we held Marin Fashion Night on a Friday evening instead of a Saturday, would you still come?

We’re already looking at dates for next year, and a lot of the Saturdays we were interested in are already booked. The Marin Art and Garden Center books up a year in advance!

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Just in case you’ve been hiding underneath a rock 😂… tonight is the Fairfax Art Walk!

Guys, this is honestly one of the best parties in Fairfax, after the Fairfax Festival of course 😜 Stephanie Mohan has been working around the clock putting this whole thing together, and it’s going to be a great night.

So if you’re looking for something to do tonight, swing on downtown. Check out some of the amazing artists we have here in town, have a few drinks, listen to some music and just enjoy Fairfax doing what Fairfax does best.

The whole town is going to be buzzing tonight. 🕺🔥💃

See you out there!

We’re looking for some fun, outgoing people to volunteer at Marin Fashion Night! 🔥💃🏼🕺

You definitely don’t have to work all night, come help us out for a few hours, then grab a drink and enjoy the party! 🥂

If that sounds like your kind of night, give me a shout. We’d love to have you! ❤️

Awesome couple & local Fairfaxians! 🔥

Natalie & Tyler stopped by to get fitted for Marin Fashion Night, and I think they both look awesome.

You probably recognize Tyler, he’s the guy doing those awesome bubble shows around Fairfax in the evenings 🫧

And Natalie, you’ve probably seen her at plenty of events doing her cool fire dancing 🔥💃

And if you look closely at Natalie’s jeans, you’ll see some of my original SONAS patchwork designs in there 😜

Super excited to have these two walking for me in the show.

What do you guys think of their looks?
