A little creativity, a little stillness & a whole lot of magic 🎨🌀✨

Yesterday we slowed things down with our beautiful Paint + Sound Bath session

There’s something so special about giving ourselves permission to switch off, get creative and simply enjoy the process. No pressure, no expectations, just a space to play, express and reconnect 🎨👩🏼‍🎨

We finished the afternoon sinking into deep relaxation with a dreamy sound bath by @sonassounds_ 🌞

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon so special

More of these moments, please! 🫶🏼

SONAS - THE COMING HOME 2027 🌀🇮🇪
An island retreat on Bere Island, West Cork

The dates are officially locked in… and I can’t quite believe I get to say this again 🥹

10th–13th June 2027
3 nights • 4 days
📍 Bere Island, West Cork
@wild_atlantic_glamping

After holding our first Coming Home retreat this year, I knew this wasn’t going to be a one-off .There is something incredibly special about getting to bring this work back to the land that raised me

Over the last few years, I’ve learned, unlearned, trained, experienced and fallen in love with so many different practices breathwork, meditation, sound, movement, connection + self-reflection.. But more than anything, I’ve realised that creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and come back home to themselves is truly what I feel called to do

And being able to bring everything I’ve learned along the way back home to Ireland feels incredibly special 🇮🇪
It’s hard to put into words how honoured I feel to be holding this container again in my homeland and this time, for 3 nights on beautiful Bere Island

And somehow, before I’ve even properly announced it, 2 spaces are already gone (what the heck) 🤯🥹

For anyone who joined me for our first Coming Home retreat, I’ve also created a returning guest discount as a little thank you for trusting me, believing in the vision and being part of where this all began. It genuinely means more than you know

Comment or DM “COMING HOME 2027” below and I’ll send you all the details, accommodation options + pricing 🌀🤍

AHHHHH!!
And we are finally live on Spotify 🎧🥹🌀

Sonas Sounds has been a long time coming. What started as the name of my weekly class slowly grew into a bigger vision creating a home for the modalities I’ve learned + loved over the years: breath, sound, meditation + much more…

Sonas is an Irish word meaning happiness, wellbeing + contentment, and it’s always felt deeply rooted in my why 🇮🇪

Over time, I knew I wanted to take that feeling beyond the four walls of a room + create something you could return to wherever you are..

My break at home in Ireland gave me the space to reconnect with myself + my own voice, and finally start bringing that vision to life 🌀

And now, Sonas Sounds is officially live on Spotify 🥹🎧

The first offering is a 2.5-minute body scan a little moment to pause, breathe + come home to yourself, whether it’s before your day, at night or somewhere in between.

So excited to finally share this with you + for everything that’s to come 🫂

Save this for when your mind feels a little busy..

A 2.5 minute guided body scan to bring your awareness out of the noise and back into your body... 🎧📲🌀

Pop your headphones in, get comfortable + give yourself a couple of minutes to just be

Sonas Sounds - little moments to come home to yourself..

This is a little taste of what’s to come…

I’ve always loved creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect + come home to themselves

And lately, I’ve been thinking about how I can bring that feeling beyond the spaces I physically hold 🎧🎙️

Something you can return to wherever you are, whenever you need it 📲

This is something that’s been sitting on my heart for a while + quietly building over the past few months…

And slowly + organically, it’s beginning to take shape

If this feels like something you need too, come follow along as @sonassounds_ comes to life 🌀🫂

Sonas (sun-as) 🌞 @sonassounds_

From the old Irish word sonus —
meaning a deep, gentle happiness.
The kind you feel in your body when you’re safe and settled.

That’s what Tuesday nights are about for me

Tonight feels especially powerful —closing the Year of the Snake 🐍and welcoming the Lunar New Year, New Moon + Solar Eclipse in Aquarius ♒️

A reset.
A release.
A quiet beginning.

If you need to soften, regulate, and just receive — this is your space. Sound has been one of the biggest tools in regulating my own nervous system — especially after years of living in fight-or-flight. It helps soften the edges, move stagnant energy, and bring me back to myself..

🌀 Sonas – Sound + Meditation
Tuesday nights (tonight)

And come follow my new page 👉🏼 @sonassounds_
I’ll be sharing more about sound, nervous system support + the benefits of sound baths there.
