So, I struggle with my weight because I don’t make good food choices. But tonight I was having the munchies and I nearly reached for the potato chips. And of course, you have to have French onion dip, right??
I saw my little bag of cucumbers and thought, why am I reaching for the chips. When all I really want is something crunchy.
I cut up the cucumbers in discs and spears, because that would be okay with dip too.
Then I remember I have green onions, bell pepper, grape tomatoes and lettuce. Why not just make a salad. M’kay, then throw a little diced ham and cheddar cheese.
Voila! I have made myself a crunchy low calorie snack!! (Okay so Catalina dressing made an appearance but hey, it’s mostly good right?) and for once I made. Conscience decision to eat healthier.
Not bragging just glad my thinking is starting to shift.
It truly is a habit learn to treat my body with respect. Even if it takes a little longer to put together 🫣🤗😝 by @sondra610
