Some people might think that online training isn’t as effective as in-person sessions, but we’ve been training online for several years, and our workouts can be really intense. To some, they might feel extremely tough and exhausting, but we’re used to this kind of hard training - it builds discipline, character, and shows that dance is just as serious a sport as any other. In the video, for example, we do 110 push-ups and 300 jumps as part of a “punishment” for not completing homework. This approach really helps us take training seriously and follow the coach’s assignments responsibly. It may seem too challenging for some, but for us, this is completely normal and part of our routine. 💪

What do you think - is this over the top? Or do you think you definitely have to go through such difficulties to achieve success? ✨ taken in Miami, Florida by @sonia_moveit
