We did it!!
For you dad (Bobby) kept in our heart start to finish
26 mile trek Stonehenge raising funds for Alzheimer’s society
Was it tough most certainly was especially after the half way point
Couldn’t have completed the course without the encouragement of our team of ladies (forever grateful, thank-you to each & everyone in the group)
Special thanks to @vickyhimplefitness who stayed with me every step of the way, I’m not as fast as some people but that’s okay
26miles in 10 hrs 👏
Huge thanks to all who donated on my Go Fund Page, very kind of you all & very much appreciated ❤️
I’m little bit broken right now, blisters galore & legs tired & achey
Such an amazing achievement for us all

Time for me to reflect on my first year with Peloton
I’ve had my ups & downs but had more ups than downs tbh. The bike & treadmill are the centrepieces to my exercise regime with of course the hundreds of strength, flexibility Peloton classes, love them all (not yoga tho haha)
Surprised with all my achievements this year: 17612 total minutes worked out & 83075 total calories burned
2024 has been a good year for me in terms of fitness, looking forward to what 2025 has planned for me. Cannot believe reaching the ripe old age of 66 in January (it’s just a number right?) 😳
Wishing everyone good luck for the New Year by @soniahimple
