Some lessons stay with you forever, growing deeper each time you return to them.

Performing Teentaal, taught by my Guru, Pt. Suresh Talwalkar, was special in itself. But presenting it at Nrityanti 2026, on a stage that has held our dreams, efforts and memories for 30 years, made the moment even more meaningful.

After all these years, Nrityanti is more than an annual performance. It is a part of my journey, shaped by my Guru’s teachings and strengthened by every student who has walked alongside me.

To perform on this stage once again filled me with joy, humility and immense gratitude. by @soniaparchure

Some days remind you how lucky you are to have the people you do.

Two shows, on the same day, happening simultaneously.
Nrutyasuman for Loksatta’s Durga and Cinema Pahilela Manus.

Different stages, different teams, different responsibilities, but one shared love for what we do.

And behind it all, a team that shows up, takes charge, figures things out and gives their best without missing a beat.

I don’t think I can put into words how much that means. It’s a beautiful feeling to know that you have people you can trust with something so close to your heart.

Grateful for this team, always. ❤ by @soniaparchure

Nine days. Nine extraordinary women. Nine stories of change, courage, and compassion. ❤️

Loksatta’s Durga celebrates the remarkable social work of nine incredible women, reminding us of the strength it takes to make a difference in the world.

To be a part of this beautiful celebration through dance, and to perform on the timeless melodies of Suman Kalyanpur ji, is truly an honour. Some songs hold a place close to your heart, and some stages make those emotions even more meaningful.

It means a lot to be part of an evening that celebrates women who are changing lives, touching hearts, and making a difference in their own remarkable ways.

Here’s to the women who make the world a little better, one life at a time. ❤️

A new city, a new audience, and two stories told through dance. ❤️

Bringing Uttara and Ashtanayak to Nagpur was a special experience for us. To share these stories with an audience experiencing them in a new space, and to be welcomed with so much warmth, made the evening truly memorable.

Thank you, Nagpur, for opening your hearts to us and our art. We carry these memories with us.

Sometimes, people walk into your life when you least expect them to, and make the world feel a little kinder.

In the middle of unfamiliar places, long days and a life that rarely slows down, they make you feel at home. They remind you that goodness still exists, that kindness doesn’t always need a reason, and that some connections are simply gifts.

Here’s to the people who make the world feel a little softer, and to the goodness we must never stop believing in.

Eternally Grateful! ♥️

Some traditions remind us to pause, reflect and be grateful.

Our Dasra puja is one such moment, seeking blessings for our art, honouring our sadhana, and celebrating the people who make this journey so special.

From all of us to you, wishing you a very Happy Vijaya Dashmi! May goodness always triumph over evil, and may the year ahead bring new learning, growth and many more reasons to celebrate. 🙏✨
