End blaming. Own responsibility for the part we all play in the co creation of experiences. Let’s not try control other people’s feelings. Reveal your heart with kindness to others.

We were ALL programmed as children. Patterns of relating show up in our adult lives. These patterns unconsciously drive our decision making & emotional responses when strong emotions “triggers” arise.

Learning what activates “triggers” you will stop these patterns sabotaging your relationships 🌱

Love isn’t lost or found. You are love.
Maybe you just forgot yourself along the way.

Secure
Comfortable with intimacy and independence. Can communicate needs, trust others and navigate conflict without losing a sense of self.

Anxious
Craves closeness and reassurance. May become preoccupied with a partner’s availability or fear rejection and abandonment.

Avoidant
Values independence and may feel uncomfortable with too much emotional closeness. Can pull away when relationships begin to feel vulnerable or intense.

Fearful-Avoidant
Wants connection but can also fear it. May move between seeking closeness and pulling away when intimacy feels unsafe.

The good news, attachment styles aren’t fixed. With awareness, healthy relationships and therapeutic work, we can develop a more secure way of relating. 🌱

Which one sounds most familiar to you?

It’s not what happens that matters, it’s what we do with it that counts.

When the doors of perception open, run through them.

Concentrate on your own light & naturally the light will attract what’s coming to you ✨

A quiet stillness,
A gazing inward, ever reflective,
Just as I am.

“I would say that the thrust of my life has been initially about getting free & then realising that my freedom is not independent of everybody else. Then arriving at that circle where one works on oneself as a gift to other people so that one doesn’t create more suffering.
I help people as I work on myself and I work on myself to help people” Ram Dass

Thought this deserved a spot my grid because it resonated so much for me.

Attachment styles are not fixed.
Uncomfortable to shift? Only until they do. Then you bloom 🌱

Secure: Your needs matter as much as mine.
Avoidant: Your needs matter less than my own.
Anxious: Your needs matter more than my own.
