Celebrating all the brave women here and giving you permission to pulse 🦄❤️ by @sonja__bennett

19 years ago I fell for a man I could only have 12 weeks a year.

I married him anyway.

For 3 years, that was our entire relationship ... 12 weeks a year together, and one phone call a day.

If that call didn't connect because of the time difference, my whole world collapsed.

Most people called it insane. We called it our life.

And it was the first time I understood something that changed everything for me: nothing is good or bad. It just is. We're the ones who decide what it means.

Is heartache bad?
Is a hello at the airport good?

We slap the label on it ~ and most of us decide pain means "numb it, avoid it, never again."

We call ourselves "tough" if we can push through painful situations...ignore what wants to be felt.

But you can't selectively numb.
You don't get to block the heartache and keep the joy.
You block one, you block both.

Then I made one of the most uncomfortable decisions. I moved.
I left everything for a man I knew from 12 weeks a year and a phone call a day ~ zero guarantees.

We've lived together ever since. No more counting weeks.
But my body still remembers the ache of goodbye, the joy of hello. Both. Still. At the same time.

So yes...19 years later, I still cry at the airport.

Not because something's wrong with me. But because I learned to let myself feel the whole thing, every single time — and that's exactly why I still get to feel pure joy and pleasure too.

The life you actually want isn't on the other side of numbing the pain and playing it safe.

It's on the other side of the most uncomfortable, unknown decision you keep avoiding.

Go make it and let yourself feel it all ♡ by @sonja__bennett

everybody was in shock when i announced that i was done.

i received messages filled with hate, calling me a traitor, a cheater...or a weak bit** ~ others understood.

and honestly, my whole system was shocked as well. i had been bracing, hustling, and performing for this organisation for almost a decade.

i had hit every goal i ever set, flew first class, stayed in the most beautiful suites, sipping champagne on the roof tops...i had everything a woman is supposed to want.

my life looked luxurious.

but i wasn’t in it.

i was elegantly avoiding everything that makes life worth living.

so i walked away and decided to learn how to live again.
i had no plan how. but i was committed.

what i discovered has since changed my life and the life of hundreds of clients.

because i wasn't the exception.

we currently live in an "elegant avoidance" - crisis.

i've never seen more women braced and ready to fight before their feet even hit the floor in the morning - calling it ambitious, committed...the woman who does it all!

but what i need you to understand right now is that this is costing you everything you truly desire:

♡ laughing with your children - and actually feeling the joy
♡ presence with your husband - and actually receiving his love
♡ flow and ease in your business/career - because you stopped bracing and controlling everything.

♡ being actually alive in the life you built instead of a ghost watching it go by.

and the hardest part?
from the outside… it all looks like success.

which is why we stay....for way too long.

because you’ve never been shown another way to live inside what you’ve already created.

you don’t need to push through this.
you need to stop elegantly avoiding everything that makes life worth living 🫶

and if something in this made you pause…I'd love to share with you how to come back into your life — without burning it all down to do it.

dm me “alive” and I'll share with you how to completely shift your reality. 100% FREE ✨️🦄 by @sonja__bennett

Let's have some real talk. Gen X girl to Gen X girl… millennials might agree, too. 😂

Isn't this audio EXACTLY how you feel sometimes? Life is so GOOD that F-💣s are the only appropriate response to this wild, beautiful ride we get to be on. 🔥

I came across this audio today and immediately thought: THIS IS EXACTLY HOW MY CLIENTS FEEL AFTER A SESSION WITH ME. 🤣

That moment when they feel themselves on a different level, realize what's possible, and experience the shift inside them. Sometimes other words just don't do it justice.

I was laughing so hard recording that Reel about it as I was sitting in the school parking lot that I actually forgot to get out and get the kids...and once I did, I was STILL singing it as I walked into my kids' CHRISTIAN school. 🤯🤣

Honestly though, Josh and I just had a conversation about f-bombs and how sometimes they're exactly the right word. I mean let's not drop them in every sentence, but it's really an amplifier to what you want to express!

It's about knowing when a little extra oomph is exactly what the moment calls for. 😂

Kind of like champagne...
You don't drink the real stuff for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but every now and then… nothing else hits quite like it. 🍾

Anybody else feel me on this one? 😂🔥 by @sonja__bennett

What if there was a shortcut I could teach you that gets your body out of fight or flight and into a state of flow, soft, sensual, and alive?

Comment PULSE for a free 2-step activation to feel your body soften, flow, and come alive.
📌 You must be following me for the link to go through.

I've been teaching this for 15 years... to the Olympic athlete, the lawyer, the doctor, 7-figure entrepreneurs, healers, artists, and moms who no longer remembered who they were. Different lives, same pattern.

Bodies tight from proving and performing, with no room left to feel.

Cycling through the same loop, hitting the same glass ceiling, with a mind that never stops and a body that stays braced.

None of them lacked talent or drive. They lacked room in the body to hold what they were reaching for.

The moment they learned to unbrace their body at the root, everything changed. Their sleep, their desire, their ease, their light.

If you're awake at 3 a.m. with your mind already going, your jaw is clenched, and you can't find the off switch, this is for you.

A spa day or a glass of wine is just a pleasant way to numb. It doesn't last, because it never touches the pattern.

"What do you really want?" isn't answered in your head.

Imagine wanting without having to prove your worth first.

Imagine your whole body saying YES and actually feeling it 🪄

That's the version of you who lives the big life.

I feel so called to share this story with you ♡

And I'm so abundantly grateful to the woman who gave me permission to tell it, even though she wants to stay anonymous.

Thank you for trusting me with something this sacred. I hope it reaches exactly the woman who needs it. by @sonja__bennett

"The more capable a woman is, the more armour she wears." 15 years of this work, and the pattern always holds.

I was that woman... and I had to walk away from a multi-seven-figure business to understand this:
a body can't open while it's braced.

Now I get to share it with you ♡ by @sonja__bennett

For years, I created powerful programs, courses, and activations for women. Helping them find the pulse between their legs, where a woman's aliveness begins.

And yet, I only ever offered 1:1 after.
When a course was complete, I never sold it again. I launched the next one, held space for even deeper transformations, and stayed exclusively 1:1.

I loved it. Clients found me in the most magical ways and invested thousands to be guided into another version of themselves.
Watching their lives change forever was the greatest gift, and I felt so abundantly blessed.

Until I reached capacity.

There were more 1:1 clients than I could hold, and something had to change. I knew a group program was the next step. What I didn't know was how fiercely my body would fight me, or why.

So I got honest and used my own medicine.

I went looking in my body, not my business plan.

And I found it: a belief, held deep in my root, that I had to trade my time for money to deserve what I earned.
Calling in money had always been easy. I just always made myself work hard for it, and 1:1 coaching was how I kept proving it.

It took one activation. Fifteen minutes to release the belief that I have to work hard for money, and to prepare my body at the root to receive more by doing less.

That one shift in my pelvic floor opened the door to a community where every program I've ever created has a home.

It holds my own transformation, documented step by step: from bracing and hustling to prove I'm worthy, to receiving.

Now it can guide thousands of women back to the pulse of life, to embody the feminine way to lead, love, and make money.

This is Dangerously Alive, a space for women who are ready to unbrace their bodies at the root and call in more love, money, and pleasure.

Founding member rates are open this month, starting at $33 a month.

Comment PULSE to lock in your rate for as long as you stay ✨️ by @sonja__bennett

I see so many women in their 40s struggling...

Hot flashes. Brain fog. No desire. Wired but exhausted.

And the story we're told? Your body is supposed to start failing you. 🤯

If that's you, comment PULSE and join the Dangerously Alive movement.

Because you don't know what you don't know.

Yes, your hormones are changing. But there's something underneath that almost no one talks about: your connection to what I call your Foundation of Power™ 💡

We're the generation that learned to hold it together. Figure it out alone. Swallow what we feel. Clench through the hustle.

Your body is armored from years of bracing. Imagine trying to keep your pulse through all of that 🙈

Here's what I've seen in 15 years of this work: the armor comes off through the body.

You learn to unbrace, starting with your breath and your pelvic floor, and the tension and numbness begin to soften.

Growth stops feeling like a threat 👏🏼

I wouldn't share it if I hadn't felt the difference first.

Comment PULSE, and let's practice the lost art of unbracing together.

I'm so excited to get you started, so you can be the Gen X woman who's dangerously alive and pulsing 🤩 by @sonja__bennett
