Sign up now for the SONS creativity retreat @whiteoaksavanna with @jonasfriddlemusic May 29-31! Each year our retreat starts out with a special guest speaker, scientist or creator who inspires us in new ways as writers. This year we’re bringing archaeologist Dr. Scott Demel on board to help us do some digging (literally and metaphorically) into the creative process of songwriting! Can’t wait to hang with you…. @debmarislader @suedemel @chicagoluthiers @sonsoftheneverwrong taken in White Oak Savanna by @sonsoftheneverwrong

So many were waitlisted for our sold out show in Feb, so @oldtownschool is having us back for a very intimate follow-up concert to continue our 35th anniversary celebration. SONS SIDESHOW: SUNDAY, MAY 17, SZOLD HALL, 7pm (east building). A unique evening full of the stories behind songs, revelations of harmony building, and songwriting discussions all intertwined with raw performances of old and new songs. A “conversation”with the audience taking questions and a request or two. Don’t miss this unforgettable experience.
