OSU Homecoming last weekend for Lainey’s Senior year!🧡🖤🧡🖤 Love spending time in Stillwater with our OSU Cowgirl!🤠 by @sonyamccubbin

We had a wonderful time celebrating the Witts!! 💍🤍We are thankful to the Lord for His goodness in bringing Jude & Hope together to live a life honoring to Christ. It was so special watching Colson as Jude’s best man & hearing the exhortations from him of how Jude has influenced Colson’s life to be more like Jesus. We are grateful for their friendship and how they sharpen each other to pursue a life honoring to God! Congratulations to the Witts!! 🤍🤍🤍 by @sonyamccubbin

We got Colson all moved in & settled at Impact 360 in Pine Mountain, Georgia last week! 🏡 This is the best place on earth!! AMAZING staff, who are intentional about everything, and who love like Jesus!✝️ BEAUTIFUL campus with big clean rooms & gorgeous landscape!☀️🌳🪷🌺 Like-minded students who are all committed to the mission: Know Christ more intimately, Be transformed in your character and Live a Spirit empowered life! I wish I could go here:)😊We miss him so much, but we know & have a godly peace that this is exactly where our Buddy, our Colson is supposed to be. God is going to do life-changing things in him & through him & we are so grateful for this wonderful opportunity!! God be glorified!💚 @impact360fellows PS: we missed Lainey being with us—she had already started her senior year at OSU & couldn’t make the trip. by @sonyamccubbin

On our way to launch our last arrow🥹 Colson will move in tomorrow morning at Impact360 Institute in Pine Mountain, Georgia with the grace & mercy of our Lord with him. We could not be more joyful, proud & thankful for our son. Raising him has been our highest honor. Thank you Jesus💚

Psalm 127:1, 3-4
“Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD,
the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth.” by @sonyamccubbin

Lainey started her last first day and Senior year at OSU today!!🧡🖤 She has had an incredible 3 years so far in Stilly, so we are praying for a wonderful Senior year. Lainey’s junior year was full of friends, amazing grades, spiritual growth & discernment, loving others, intimacy with Christ, lots of Veterinary & animal experience, Birkin (her new mare she got to watch grow), sports, scholarships (whoohoo!), making memories with a great group of friends and leading in singing for worship at church😊 She is already off to a great start this year with all of her hours earned at the Vet clinic this summer. We can’t wait to see all the things God has planned for her🥰 We are proud of you Lainey Bug!!💜 by @sonyamccubbin

Ansley😊 This amazing human is the biggest blessing to me!! She turned 25 in July & I cannot believe it🥹 Ansley is all things pure, joyful, artsy & creative, knowledgeable of the Bible & wholeheartedly Christ-loving🩵 Her quirky humor brings me great joy (!!) & her love of others (especially Emma, our 🐕) is one of the reasons I love her endlessly. She would drop everything to be there for her people. She is THE ABSOLUTE BEST preschool teacher I have ever seen!! She is magical with her students & they LOVE “Miss Answee” so much🥰 Ansley pours into children of all ages—from preschool to high school as she teaches & serves in her jobs & in our church. She served 3 years as a youth ministry intern & she still serves as a leader. Children are drawn to her because they see her deep love for them & her connection to Jesus. Ans has become one of my best friends & to share this life with her is beyond my wildest dreams that overflows my soul with joy. Here’s to 25 years of Ansley Christine💞 Oh how I love her!! by @sonyamccubbin

Late Post! On 7/17, Colson Craig turned 19!!🎉🥳 I was at church camp & couldn’t post that day, so finally getting to it. Colson was able to get off of work at Hidden Falls Ranch & he drove to Glorietta & surprised me big time on the last full day of camp, which was also his 19th birthday!!! It was a great day!! I got to see him hang out with his long time friends & do the special senior things that our youth pastor does for the seniors. Colson got to give an exhortation to the youth group & he preached a sermon from 1 John. It was incredibly special to listen to him & hear his heart!! Colson is fun, kind, tender hearted, driven for excellence, loving, silly, sacrificial & servant hearted. He makes us laugh, draws us toward Jesus & we could not be more proud of the man he is💚😊 by @sonyamccubbin

Lainey Renee is 22!!🎉🥳🎈🧁💜 Lainey is ✨brilliant in so many ways: her fun, witty & brilliant humor that makes me joyful daily😊, her intelligence as she is absolutely rocking her pre-vet high level classes at OSU🧡🖤, her ideas & sensible problem solving🤔, her ability to connect deeply with people and animals 🐴 💟 and her brilliance in her light & love that shines for Jesus🌟! We are so proud of our Lainey Bug! Can hardly believe our little blondie is 2️⃣2️⃣!! Praying blessings from the Lord over this 22nd year & we hope it’s your best yet Lainey! ♥️🙏🏼✝️ by @sonyamccubbin

They pour into their children, stand up for their family, pursue Jesus, love their country, always show up, love deeply, have great humor & are so much fun!! We are blessed by their servant hearts!! 5 years ago today, my mom went to heaven, to be with Jesus for eternity. That statement says more about her life than I ever can: it reminds me daily of the hope we have in Christ, God’s great sacrifice & love for us and the free gift of salvation. Knowing & clinging to the truth that my mom is in heaven where she is fully whole & lacks nothing, and is with her Savior, is the greatest legacy she could ever leave.
I miss her here everyday on this side of life. She was so adventurous & fun, hard working and caring. She loved me well by loving Jesus. She impacted my life in countless ways and she modeled strength & resolve through her life challenges. I’m so thankful she humbled herself & realized her need for a Savior. It’s the MOST important question any of us have to answer in life: “what will I believe about Jesus?” My mom believed Jesus is the Son of God, who died to save her from her sins & she repented & believed in Him. The peace from that after being separated from her for 5 years is the greatest gift to me & my dad. We love you, Momma! We miss you! Thank you for your legacy💚💜💚💜 by @sonyamccubbin
