Day 13 — Thank You, Body 🤍

Thank you, body.

When I close my eyes, I can feel the ache trembling under my skin. It’s flu season, so I hope I don’t get sick. At this moment, I appreciate my body, my mind, my health so much. Without a healthy body, I don’t have the energy to enjoy this life more deeply. Thank you, body.

Day 12 — Let Them Be 🤍

I let them be and focus on my emotions instead.

When I close my eyes, I let the shower water run through all the veins on my body, washing away all discomfort from my conversation with someone. It’s not my job to persuade or change someone else. But I have the power to change myself and make myself feel better. And so I decide to let them be and focus on my emotions instead. I am thanking the shower, the water, the wash, the let go, the clean me.

Day 11 — I Am Excited for Today ☀️

It’s a beautiful day, and I sense so many opportunities ahead.

When I close my eyes, I feel the excitement to go out and enjoy the sun. I am so excited about what’s out there today — maybe some laughter, some good food, some sweet encounters, somebody adoring my way. It’s a beautiful day, and I sense so many opportunities ahead. Day 10 — I Surrender 🤍

Eyes close. I let go.

When I close my eyes, I want to just let go of everything. I am so tired that my body doesn’t remember its muscles and flesh any longer. I am tired, and this feeling only wants to let go. So I surrender. Eyes close. I let go.
