I'm going to hold your hand when I tell you this the time to change your sneakers and put on your sandals and everything will be worn above the knee is approaching so I'm going to need you all to pay attention to the dry parts of your body and address them before you leave the house because you're wondering why people are staring at you that's why they can see your dry spots here are 3 ways to rid your body of dry feet, knees, elbows etc.

1. Use a moisturizing sugar scrub or an all natural soap with skin loving oils when showering

2. Apply a deep moisturizing lotion or body butter to dampened skin after the shower

3. Check yourself in the mirror or ask a family member to check to make sure that you're not dry and ashy

2025 was a great year Sooks Heavenly grew even though I relocated to a different state and at times it felt like I had to start all over but opportunities fortuitously arrived, I say that to say don't worry even if you can't see what's ahead and you're unsure whether or not to continue just look how far you've come and be honest with yourself and others because our Father is watching and rewards good behavior I'm Thankful for each and every win with the lesson that followed Yahuah by @sooks_heavenly
