Come Heal with Me 🩷🌷🍵💪

Today I’m celebrating 3 months no alcohol & there’s certain things I’ve done to get this far and one of the main important factors helping me succeed has for sure been my focus on my health & wellness🩷

This tea is great because I like to keep myself hydrated all day and sometimes water can get a little repetitive. 🍵

This tea is so tasty and nourishes the hell out of you!
You can get the kettle and all the ingredients online, some stores and of course Amazon. 💋

what’s in my emotional support potion:

1 tbsp loose leaf peppermint
1 tbsp chamomile flowers
3 soursop leaves
a few inches of fresh ginger
1 tbsp honey on top

sip slowly. ignore texts. mind your peace.

#health #glowup #tea #wellness #sobriety 🌿

If you have any questions about the tea or any of the ingredients please don’t hesitate to comment or message me.

The Kettle is Vianté electric kettle with infuser which I bought from Amazon. The other ingredients I als bought from Amazon and shouldn’t be hard to find. 🩷 taken in Palm Beach Island by @sophchie
