Sing. Scream. Swim. Cry. Get a massage. Pick flowers. Smell something good. Watch cartoons. Laugh. Stretch. Be still. Sing. Scream. Pat a dog. A cat. Stare at a tree. Stare at another tree. Write. Do whatever it is to help you stay sane.

This world is rapidly changing and we have to adapt to the ingrained bullshit norm of ‘she’ll be right’.. especially you blokes. Be vulnerable enough with each other just like you’re vulnerable with us as soon as other men aren’t around. Being stoic is becoming stale and our intuition is piercing the veil you’re putting on. 3 years today.
🤍🤍🤍
3 fucking years.

(Little did I know)
This would be the last place I ever saw Dad.
We spent the day walking around the city laughing about life and stuffing ourselves with YumCha. Magic.
This is the only photo I really have left with him.
Dad was such a bad a$$. He was my real life Mr Incredible. Smoked every dart like his life depended on it, tore up every dance floor like Peter Garrett and always lived life to the fullest. Not to mention- his ring tone was ‘Destination Unknown’ for years. Ya get the jist. Gangsta. If you’ve ever danced with me just know, that you are dance battling him too so-show him whatcha got!

In the end, all we truly have are the craters that have carved out our hearts, the small glimpses/traits that we see in ourselves/others and the love that we are all made from. Oh and photos! Don’t forget those either!
Grief, hey.. what a bitch. With time, I’ve always found it to be one of lifes biggest teachers/friends when you learn to embrace it. Even the ugly parts.

To all the people that have been patient with me throughout the years and smothered me with joy, thank you.
