Ohhh I’m back with the sun! 🌞

I’m shifting along with the seasons and I feel so alive to be making medicines that revive the body and mind after a longggg winter…

Spring is for

revitalizing

Replenishing

Being so deeply in the present

As a woman I see this time as a reflection of the Follicular phase in our cycles. It’s vital for us to focus on restoring our energy and tuning into the outward upward energy within us.

It’s the exact mirror of the energetics of spring!

Crafting slowly- and intentionally with this round of medicines. Listening to the whispers of the wind and plant kin who want to be shared 🌬️🌀

Stay tuned for the latest on Ancestral Auras next offerings 💚 by @sophiamphillips

Gentle reminders & the story of the seed 🌱

We are in ‘the belly of the winter’ … Imbolc is approaching (Celtic holiday for mid winter & half way mark to spring!)

There is a slow stirring beneath the soil, a readying of energy but still a waiting game.

This time of year is a rekindling of our intentions, dreams and seeds for the year ahead 🌀 the dreaming time continues…✨🌲 by @sophiamphillips

bless these sophia codes 🌹

soaking in the powerful words of my soul sister
@sophiamphillips // @ancestral.aura.co
as she guided the woman through an
herbal workshop sharing about
mother earths medicine

working with heart opening herbal allies,
learning their unique healing properties
& how to weave them into different
healing practices

the woman got the chance to make their own
heart opening teas & sacred smoke blends
to bring home as they flow through their
integration, deepening their relationship with
the earth, their hearts & their bodies

thank you sister for infusing the space
with your ancient herbal wisdom⋆.ೃ࿔*

Ancestral Aura is…

Coming back to our Mother Land, our life source. 🌎

Rekindling the relationship with the land, in turn we do the same with ourselves, & our community.

This is a community based on love for the land and our ancestors. We are all one. 🌱
