My heart explodes my joy erupts my gratitude over flows. Over the coming week I will be processing the wool from the sheep @onthehill where I had the great pleasure of learning how to felt and where my love for fluff really took on a life of it’s own. Fleece 4 Peace was born here in honour of all that is created on this land to bring souls back into harmony with nature. This place is filled with the energy of so many lives it transforms and I am so grateful to get to spend some more precious time here ❤️ love you all endlessly. Transforming Wool Blankets into Hats. If I’m f.arting around I like to tell stories and the story of water blows my mind. Water holds memory. It can hold blessings so that the body which is made of water in crystal form in our fascia and cells can recieve our blessings. Water alchemy is the kind of magic that reminds me God is everywhere and everything. That I am here to honour, witness and receive the divine. I pray gratitude and love to the water so that I may receive these prayers in my body. It is a practice to remember yet I feel each time I do I am blessed. Giving is receiving. Fleece 4 Peace was born @onthehilldevon A farm in the rolling hills of the Teign Valley where I was taught to felt the wool of the Shetland sheep that also live there. A magical process of felting a backing onto the fleece so the fluff remains in all its curly glory. Behold, one of the most regenerative, high frequency, sustainable, durable and joyful fibres on the planet.
Peace begins within and so a fibre that neutralizes negative energy in the body, insulates in both directions, keeps the body warm even when wet whilst bringing innocent frivolity into the hearts of every being it meets, is a hop skip and jump in the right direction in my books. To make with intention and then adorn myself with the expression of that intention is embodiment. Action is where truth lives. I wear the symbol of peace to remind me to practice peace. I look to my shadows to come into wholeness so I may hold the shadows of the world around me with unconditional love. I am lovingly restoring this jacket and as I do I am reminded that peace can be restored when I take the time to take care and give love to all things. My deepest prayer is that we may all know peace so we can co create heaven on earth together. From my heart to all of yours x by @sophiefofv

In the beginning of life on this earth in these incredible bodies it’s all we are and I feel it’s my life’s work to guide our way back to our hearts where everlasting divine unconditional love is found because this is the gateway to source and true heaven on earth. Turns out we just need to open our eyes and let nature show us how it holds us and provides for our every need. Letting us tread lightly within it so that we can leave legacies of peace and co creation and love and joy instead of oceans of rubbish. Imagine if we all lived in peace and love, there was no hate and no one held a grudge. Every morning we wake up to a new day where we can exist in this world by embodying these four principles. To exist from your heart space where you are at peace, to never hate and to let go of all past grievances. I love others, I am loved, I am loved by others. I wear nature to honour nature. The life death life cycle of my clothes is of the utmost importance. If I lay them to rest in the soil how do they transform? Are they food for our precious mother earth and if so will they provide her nourishment? In the meantime they are so valuable that I spend time and effort to maintain and fix them. A process that brings about creativity and a new sense of pride in the positive trace I get to weave into their stories. What a gift to dress this absolute gem of a human from head to toe so we could run around and shake our tail feathers before working the bar at the waiting room, an immersive theatre venue at shambala festival. I arrived at the end of a season of volunteering and festivals, on my knees with no more to give and still pulled this out of my baskets. Which is testament to if you are doing something you love, it will never feel anything other than that. Dressing people to vibrate the frequency of joy through their beings and bring beauty to the world is a light im here to shine 💛 by @sophiefofv

Once upon a time the transformation station popped up @onthehilldevon family camp Saturday night kids disco. The dressing up was facilitated in style by “transformers” named by an eager little being waiting to be escorted into the station…. What magic it was and is to transform through clothes. My next steps in this journey is to transform the stations offering into a prayer to nature. Inspiring us to commit to fabrics that live and die and live again through decomposition, restoration and as little toxicity to our ecosystem as possible ✨ new plastics are out, fluff, embroidery, grasses, dried flowers, glass and crystal beading INCOMING by @sophiefofv
