It’s crazy that women are still carrying so much shame around their bodies 😭💔 so I hope by bringing you with me to an @annsummers ‘CL!TS & COCKTAILS’ event helps you to feel less shame and more confidence about not hiding away your needs and desires 🩷@alixfox encouraged us to talk openly and shamelessly about using the correct terminology for our vulvas, because they’re not gross, they’re not shameful, they’re a part of who we are. She also made sure we knew the difference between a vag!na and a vulva (vag!ina = internal muscular canal & vulva is external/everything you can see on the outside). ALSO it turns out that only 18-20% of women have the big “O” from penetrat!on 😱 So please hunnies, explore your bodies and find out what YOU like!! Every single month without fail a 🌧️ blackcloud 🌧️ rolls in and drops anxiety, fatigue and bloating right on my head!! I had so many of you in my DMs telling me how amazing @ditto.daily was for your luteal hell week and I had had HADDDD to give it a go 🥹 ... babes I’mSHOOK! I’ve been taking it for around a month now and I’ve not had any massively debilitating bloating or fatigue 😱 These teeny capsules have everything a woman like me needs!!
