SPORTS ILLUSTRATED?! 😱 @si_swimsuit When I was a kid, I always looked at the models on billboards, ads, & commercials in hopes of finding one that represented me in the Latino or American market. Rarely did I find someone that looked like me & was also Latina. I never had a role model I could look up to when I was a kid or when I first started modeling, so I chose to put together different qualities from different people & created my own role model.
Thank you @mj_day & @si_swimsuit for allowing me to be part of the #SiSwimSearch & part of the change in this industry while being able to share a piece of who I truly am. I’ve chosen to be the change I want to see in the world, and you guys have embraced that as well for each and every one of us! Also, huge shout out to my support system and my soul sister for not only CHEERING ME on, but also RECORDING ME all while HOLDING my mom’s hand as well!! Love you @lightcodes babe, thank you for everything!!😩😭😍😘🤗 and my @glow_riaaa for also helping, for being such amazing support & always showing me so much love, I love you both so very much!! It was a DREAM come true to have my parents be there at the show😩thank you @prophet305 & @calibug07 for helping as well, love you guys!!❤️😘🙏🏼🙌🏼🤗😍 #SportsIllustrated #bikini #swimweek2019 #fitness #fitmodel #latina #curlyhair #curls #naturalhair #naturalcurls #miami #miamibeach #fitspo #fitlife #godzplanathlete #yutsai #bikinibod #summer #tbt #throwbackthursday #👙 taken in W Hotel South Beach by @sorayayd

In honor of World Alzheimer’s Month, I felt it was time to share this chapter of my family’s story. 🙏🏽💜 There are so many bits & pieces of their story I still want to share.

I created a GoFundMe to help my second home, Colombia 🇨🇴, following the devastating 7.4 earthquake on August 10th that impacted so many families, homes, and communities.

The outpouring of love and support has been incredibly beautiful to witness and receive. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to every single person who donated, shared the GoFundMe, reposted my story, or helped spread the word. Every contribution, big or small, has helped make this possible. 🥹🙏🏽

I truly appreciate every single one of you more than I can say.

This is Part 1 of my efforts to turn your donations into direct impact through the purchase of much-needed supplies for those affected.

A HUGE S/O to @capanyc2023 @colombianosenny for bringing community together and organizing this incredible donation drive. 🫶🏽

Part 2 coming soon. 🇨🇴❤️

(PART I) FULL VIDEO IN BIO ❤️
I was recently asked what one of my biggest achievements is, and I decided to share about the project above in which I portrayed a role in a video about mental health awareness in correlation to social media. I had the chance to work on this video created by @JayShetty and filmed/edited by @PaulBrasil. I can't say thank you enough, but I will continue doing so because this project meant so much to me. Thank you @JayShetty for this opportunity & for believing in me enough to portray this role, it was a pleasure working with you & Paul! Thank you @80fitz & @kalynhemphill for being apart of this, it was great working with you guys! I can proudly say I've used my voice & craft towards something that has so much depth & importance to me....
