Every memorable meal begins with care.

At Restaurant Kallkällan, chef Pavlos Merkouris brings his perspective to the table, guided by flavour, craft and the pleasure of sharing good food. We believe dining should feel considered rather than complicated — with each element contributing to a complete experience.

A table with a sense of place.

A change of setting can change the conversation.

Gather around the table, share ideas and make room for the kind of thinking that rarely happens between back-to-back meetings. At Sörbyn Lodge, the setting is calm, personal and close to nature — with the practical details taken care of.

Tell us what your team needs, and we’ll help shape a meeting that feels considered from beginning to end.

Warmth. Stillness. Time for yourself.

A sauna can be a simple ritual with room to become something more: a chance to let the day settle, breathe a little deeper and feel the quiet of the north. At Sörbyn Lodge, moments of restoration belong naturally alongside time outdoors, good food and comfortable surroundings.

Leave a little space to unwind.

Autumn in northern Sweden asks us to slow down.

A still lake. The last colour in the sky. Time outdoors with no need to hurry. At Sörbyn Lodge, nature isn’t just the view — it’s part of the experience, inviting you to reconnect with the simple things and return to the day feeling renewed.

Come for the landscape. Stay for the feeling.

As the fire glows, the evening finds its rhythm.

Good food, a thoughtfully chosen glass and the warmth of a fire — some of the best moments are the ones that ask nothing more of us than to stay a little longer. At Sörbyn Lodge, hospitality is about creating space for those moments.

Let the evening unfold.

A final course should feel like part of the story.

At the table, small details matter: texture, temperature, balance and the pleasure of discovering something unexpected. Our ambition is to make dining at Sörbyn Lodge feel personal and memorable — one carefully considered moment at a time.

Because hospitality is often remembered in the details.

Some of the best ideas begin when we step away from the everyday.

At Sörbyn Lodge, meetings are shaped around more than an agenda. Thoughtful surroundings, good food and the quiet presence of the northern Swedish landscape create space for new perspectives and meaningful conversations.

From focused leadership gatherings to larger events, we tailor the experience to the people in the room.

Bring your team somewhere different.
