Did you know our vodka sauce is vegan?
We use silken tofu to make it super creamy.
That means it’s got protein in it, and it’s good for your muscles 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 by @sorry_nonna

For one Friday night only, we’re hosting ‘A Feast at Nonna’s Table’ 🍝

An intimate pasta party inside the Melbourne market, inspired by the generosity of an Italian family meal.
Gianluca of @viagianlu is bringing his take on regional Italian cooking to life, starting with antipasto platters of cheeses, cured meats, olives and taralli, followed by a trio of pasta dishes from @sorrynonna:
🍝 Rigatoni, spicy vodka sauce
🍋 Linguine, zesty limoncello sauce
🌶️ Handmade cavatelli, red wine & Reaper bolognese

Pull up a chair. Pass the pasta. Stay a while. Be a villager.
