My process for a baby illustration… I was prompted to make a visual for the phrase “bells and whistles” and thought of a baby showered with things to look at 🍼

These characters appeared in a dream, so I drew this and promptly pitched it to adult swim… they let me know that @joecappa had the dream first.

Tina and Bailey if they weren’t designed by a 16 year old… I appreciate for the time the work that I did as a younger artist, but a lot of my older work and characters were very conventionally attractive fashion dolls that looked the same. I’m happy to have a bit more character and diversity of features in my art now. Tina and Bailey are only 16-17 years old, and as an almost-21-year-old, it feels weird to draw them in their old style.
