SOFT GIRL ENERGY, WITH A WHOLE LOT OF POWER 🫦❤️‍🔥 Queens, get ready to step into your feminine energy with @lilihodge_x ‘s Good For You routine 🤍 For this one, Lili wanted to create something that felt soft, beautiful and flowy, whilst still being incredibly intentional in every movement 💥 Think feminine energy… but make it powerful 💪 Because underneath all of that softness is an athletic routine. Strong foundations, powerful movement and a whole lot of force. The magic is in bringing those two energies together to create something that looks completely effortless ✨ Every movement has purpose, every transition has intention, and every moment gives you the opportunity to really embody that feminine energy 🌹 So Queens, don’t just dance this one… FEEL it! Let yourself be soft. Let yourself be powerful. And most importantly, own both 👑 🎶 #GOODFORYOU @selenagomez 🧠 Choreographer @lilihodge_x 🎥 Videographer @skvisuals_ldn 🔗 Link in bio to book that class! Locations nationwide 🇬🇧 by @sosdanceglobal

✨ QUEEN SPOTLIGHT: ELLYSE ✨ We all know the feeling... Sometimes you walk into a class just because you want to dance but somewhere along the way, it becomes so much more than that! ❤️‍🔥 From SOS studio to audition room… Ellyse has been putting that confidence to WORK👏🔥 @ellysegardiner first found SOS back in April 2024, looking for somewhere to dance purely for fun after surgery. Fast forward to September 2026 and she’s a regular, has found friendships for life, built confidence in the room AND in auditions, and has some very exciting things coming up professionally… 👀✨🤩 We’re beyond happy that SOS became the place Ellyse could keep training, keep performing and, most importantly, keep dancing because she loves it 😍 We’re so excited to watch where this next chapter takes you, Ellyse, and adore you being a part of our SOS fam! 👑 🎶 #MANINEED @oliviadeano 🧠 Choreographer @lilihodge_x 👩‍🏫 Taught by SOS BOSS @sos.loz 🔗 Link in bio to find your nearest SOS class! NEW HEELS ROUTINE 💅🖤 “It’s funny how y’all don’t think we be pimps too”… 👀 Queens, this one is pure, sensual, POWER! Choreographed by @sophie_ferrero22 this one is all about female energy with an unapologetic gangsta edge 😋 It’s all about playing with two characters… the soft feminine into hard and aggressive 💥 “You better be willin’ to roll them dice” because as women? We’re worth the bet right!? And that starts with us being willing to bet on ourselves first 💅 This routine’s character is about the bravado, the hustle, that cool, calm killer energy 🫦 A top player doesn’t always know she’ll win, but the one thing she’ll always roll the dice on? Herself. 👑 Bet on yourself Queens. Let’s get into it! 🎲🖤 🎶 #CADILLAC (A Pimp’s Anthem) @victoriamonet 🧠 Choreographer @sophie_ferrero22 🎥 Videographer @itssmaner 🔗 Link in bio to book that class!
