Früher steif wie ein Stock, heute einfach ICH selbst 🔥

Krass, was die Inszenierung von uns selbst in uns auslösen kann.

Welche unbewussten Programme plötzlich anspringen, sobald eine Kamera auf uns gerichtet ist …

„Ich bin nicht gut genug.“
„Ich bin nicht schön genug.“
„Ich bin total unfotogen.“
„Was denken die anderen über mich?“
„Ich darf mich erst zeigen, wenn ich perfekt aussehe.“

Und plötzlich wird aus einem eigentlich schönen Moment purer innerer Stress.

Nervosität und Schweißausbrüche inklusive. 😅

Ich kenne das seeehr gut von früher…

Und heute?

Heute blicke ich auf absolut krasse Goddess Bilder, bei denen ich selbst kaum glauben kann, dass ICH das bin. 🔥

Und auf ein Shooting, bei dem ich einfach frei ICH sein konnte... ohne Druck und ohne mich verstellen zu müssen.

Dank der tiefen inneren Arbeit der letzten Jahre, die meine Selbstsicherheit und Authentizität unglaublich gestärkt hat.

Und daaaaank der liebsten Sister & Empowerment Fotografin @soulflow.simone die Unglaubliches aus mir herausgeholt hat und bei der ich mich zum ersten Mal während eines Shootings wirklich wohlgefühlt habe. 🧡

Danke, danke, danke! 🙏

Denn wahre Schönheit beginnt für mich mit der absoluten Selbstakzeptanz: wenn wir aufhören, jemand anderes sein zu wollen und uns erlauben, ganz wir selbst zu sein.

The past weeks have been a lot of movement between places. Leaving Guatemala after more than 6 months, exploring Portugal and finally arriving back in Austria.

While everything was an incredible adventure, I am beyond happy to be back at one of my favourite places.
The forest. Complete peace and quietness.

It feels like I am reconnecting with a part of my soul.

I am so excited for what this beautiful season will bring 🌲

Sweet days in Mallorca and moments to share from my camera roll 🧡

I went with my mum on a little mother-daughter holiday and we had the best time together. We explored small villages, strolled through narrow streets, enjoyed a magical boatride and ate the best ice cream. These days were nourishing on every level 🌞

Portugal has been such a soft landing back on European ground after half a year in Guatemala. 🧡

Starting the europe chapter at @goatcommunity.pt felt like the perfect beginning: colorful, bright, funky, and full of beautiful humans. Festivals are always a reminder to play, create, dance, connect, and simply be.

I spent a lot of the time behind my Sony, capturing moments that I will share soon. Until then, here are a just few little snippets. 🥰

How strolling through Antigua feels through my eyes.. 🇬🇹

One day I took my camera with me, because I wanted to capture how it fees like to walk through this vibrant town in Guatemala - Antigua - where I currently live.

It is busy, but still peaceful and vibrant. I could stroll around for hours and always explore something new.

Lately I have been thinking a lot about freedom and home.

How deeply my soul craves both
and how confusing it can feel sometimes.

To want to explore the world and at the same time long for something stable.

4 years of nomadic life taught me how wide the world is but also how easy it is to feel a little lost in it.

And maybe that is the lesson right now…
that I don’t have to rush into choosing.

Maybe I can be both
rooted and free
grounded and open

Still figuring it out… and trusting that that is enough for now 🤍

For the longest time I thought success had to look a certain way. Good grades, degrees and doing everything „right“.

I was always a good student, had good grades, a bachelor‘s degree in law and economics - and I do am proud of that.. but

Success started to mean something else to me.

Learning to love myself.
Healing my relationship with my body.
Facing my fears.
Walking away from what didn’t feel right.

A complete new perspective of success.

Maybe it is not about doing everything right..
Maybe it is about becoming yourself.
