I’m not one to be all new years e buuuut 2022 was a wild year for our family. So many milestones, laughs, tears, discovery, and growth. It was hard keeping up with it all but looking back its the roller coster ride that made me learn and grow.

Im looking forward to a new year of business and family. Traveling and opportunity. I don’t think I’ve ever been so ready to go into a new year.

Stability and growth is the goal and the path there has never been clearer ❤️

Came unprepared for snow but still killed it! ✌🏻

I am a HUGe planner I like everything organized and put together. When we go places I check the weather, I book things in advance, I make itineraries. You get the gist.

But this trip was definitely a go with the flow type. We had no plans only a destination, which as you can tell I did not weather checking, and we had a blast!

I’ve realized not everything has to go according to plan to make the most of our time. Sometimes the spontaneous things are far worth the chaos that comes along.

We may have packed for the beach but we sure made the most out of the snow!! 🤍

I will never go back to the way I use to live without essential oils. I have never physically & mentally felt better. My body is supported in all the right ways & it was so simple! Not to mention my house smells amaaazing all the time 🤩

Taking a moment of peace to reset & recharge is imperative to maintaining strong mental health 🍃

Been feeling a little bit out of whack lately. I haven’t had strong goals set and couldn’t really get a grasp on my head space.

Taking some time to hang out with friends who help me feel safe, grounded.
