We asked what you actually need right now. You didn’t hold back.

Rest came first. Time to recover from burnout. Right behind it: mental health support, financial stability, and real community. People aren’t just tired. They’re tired and carrying it alone.

One of you said support looks like “being there sometimes without any words.” Another asked us to stop over-generalizing and ask what would actually help.

So we’re asking. 👇

What does rest actually look like for you?
Soul In Space is relaunching in North Carolina, and we’re building it around what you told us. Join the waitlist to be first in when we reopen.

There’s so much I’m learning in this process. I thought running a business would be easier in this sense especially virtual. Ya girl was mistaken 🫠 maybe I’ll share more of this process? by @soulin.space

New chapter, new zip code. 🌱

After years rooted in Jersey, I’m relocating to Raleigh, NC — Soul In Space, my practice, and every version of me coming right along with me.

This isn’t goodbye to the community that shaped so much of this,NJ, I’m not done with you. But it is a real shift. New soil, new roots, and honestly? A little bit of shedding old skin too.

The healer, the writer, the witch — it’s all just been me the whole time.

More to come from Raleigh. 🕯️
