New York made a big deal about RYE.
So naturally, Dubai had to join the party. 😎

Our RYE bread is now available, made with 100% French rye flour from Moulins Bourgeois !

Dark, tangy, hearty and packed with fibre.

And the best part?

$60 in New York? Nope.
AED 59 in Dubai.
For a 600g loaf.

Your gut might thank you.
Your wallet definitely will. 😂

🍞 Meet our Japanese Pain de Mie.

Soft, fluffy, slightly sweet… and honestly, dangerously easy to finish in one sitting. 😅

Inspired by Japanese shokupan, it is typically made using a special technique called yudane or tangzhong, where flour is mixed with hot water to help the bread retain moisture and achieve its characteristic softness.

Toast it for breakfast, make the fluffiest sandwich for lunch, or simply enjoy a slice with a little butter. Sometimes, the simplest things are the best.

Freshly baked with love in Dubai, ready to find its way to your table. ❤️

POV: You said you’d only have one slice. 🍞

Meanwhile, our sourdough is patiently waiting for its glow-up. 🔥

72 hours of fermentation… and then straight into the oven.

Worth the wait. 😏
