It’s seriously too fast. 🚀

We took this insanely powerful 992.2 Turbo S through the North Carolina backroads, making nearly instantaneous boost thanks to Porsche’s T-Hybrid system.

With @soulperformanceproducts turboback exhaust and Vent-to-Atmosphere adapters, you hear way more of the flat-six, turbo sound, and boost release that’s normally subdued from the factory.

The wait is over - the SOUL 992.2 Turbo S has finally arrived thanks to our friends at @porscheofconshohocken.

This Oak Green Metallic Neo beauty will enable our R&D team to engineer, test, and build the finest exhaust components to enhance the new twin-turbo T-Hybrid system. Expect a full suite of exhaust components and other complimentary upgrades like VTA charge pipes akin to our 992.2 GTS offerings.

Congratulations to our own @johngaydos_soul on his WIN at this weekend’s @zenith_racingseries 12 Hours of Daytona!

“Some weekends remind you exactly why wheel-to-wheel racing is so special. This was absolutely one of them.

What @rich_2dagrid, @hanshorpedahl77, and the entire 2 The Grid Motorsports team accomplished was remarkable. The car was purchased and built in less than four weeks (an ex-Gran Turismo movie car, by the way). We arrived with virtually no seat time and little track experience.

Rich and Hans are exceptional drivers, and sharing a car with them was an experience in itself. Rich put us on pole with an incredible qualifying lap and got us off to a clean start. We ran two-hour double stints, and everyone delivered while the crew executed flawlessly.

The race was a strategic chess match. Despite excellent pace, fuel capacity and refueling time were our biggest disadvantages. Other teams could run longer and pit faster, costing us positions at nearly every stop. But we kept fighting back. We drove our asses off, and Rich even beat his qualifying time in hour nine! A few perfectly timed Code 60s helped us fuel and change drivers while staying in contention.

With 90 minutes remaining, a mechanical issue for the leader put us in the fight for P1. We still needed fuel, while our competition could make it to the finish. It looked like we’d need a miracle.

With 58 minutes left, that miracle arrived: another Code 60. We got the fuel we needed and emerged still in the lead with no stops remaining.

Then the ABS failed. Hans put in a Herculean effort, nursing the car home for nearly an hour with compromised braking at 150 mph. He brought it across the line to secure the WIN beneath an incredible fireworks display. The emotions of that finish and podium are something I’ll remember for the rest of my life.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Rich, Hans, and every member of 2 The Grid Motorsports. The preparation, determination, and execution of this team turned something that seemed impossible into reality.

Zenith has created something truly special. Between the racing, fireworks, and podium experience, I have no doubt this series is going to become massive!” by @soulperformanceproducts

The plan from the beginning of the Maverick project was always to run the exhaust and wastegate out of the existing fender vent area. After modeling a few different versions of a top, we settled on this one. The area has a ton going on with different surface curves and angles so we’re really happy with the end result.

The tip is 3D printed 316 Stainless by @soulperformanceproducts and has V bands welded to the backside to connect to the rest of the exhaust and wastegate dump.

Thank you @grant.designs and @soulperformanceproducts for knocking this out in record time. They came out so awesome.

Now hopefully we don’t completely melt the mirrors off.

Come check the truck out in the Addco booth in Central Hall booth #23135 this week at Sema.

🔊 SOUL Porsche 992.2 Turbo S Side Muffler Bypass Pipes + Vent To Atmosphere Adapters

The 992.2 Turbo S T-Hybrid exhaust setup is comprised of side mufflers and a center downpipe section. Replacing the muffler sections is the perfect option for enthusiasts who crave more exhaust and turbo sound without altering the factory catalytic converter / downpipe section. Valve delete modules are included to prevent any check engine lights from removal of the valves in the factory mufflers.

Exiting the downpipe section, exhaust gases flow through 3″ muffler bypass piping designed to maximize overall length within the tight confines of the engine compartment. The system terminates into SOUL 3D metal-printed exhaust tips, meticulously designed to align with the bumper’s fixed tip outlets for a seamless, integrated appearance. The muffler bypass pipes are secondarily mounted to the factory exhaust bracket to minimize unwanted vibration and NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) for further refinement. The exhaust note outside the vehicle is “OEM Plus” – authoritative but never obnoxious. Flying under the radar is possible when cruising, and turning heads are expected with the power pedal pinned.

Our VTA adapters elicit a “whoosh” blow off valve sound on throttle lift for extra audible enjoyment by @soulperformanceproducts
