A considered balance of rich walnut veneer, deep green tones and natural stone.

At Ardmair House, the kitchen was designed to feel warm, grounded and quietly sophisticated. Every material was carefully selected by Soul Road to bring depth, texture and a sense of connection to the natural landscape that inspired the home.

We asked our Founder Sophie Newcombe what ‘Boutique’ means to Soul Road.

As two time winners of ‘Boutique Architecture Firm of the Year’ we are proudly boutique in our service; for us the term runs so much deeper than the size of the studio. An intimate, tailored approach for each client, always. by @soulroad.co

We are delighted to announce that our Founder and Managing Director has been named among the top 30 creatives in the region by @designmiddleeast

In Sophie’s own words, this recognition is really that of the team and not an individual; Soul Roads creative force is all of us, everyday.

Soul Road proudly presents ‘Ardmair House’.

A highly considered transformation of an existing villa in Al Barari, Dubai. An extensive renovation and extension has given rise to a 17,500 sq ft home and garden, thoughtfully reimagined around the enduring feeling of home.

Inspired by the quiet beauty of the natural world, where mountains meet the sea and rich landscapes are softened by light and time, Ardmair House is an expression of warmth, memory and belonging.

Rooted in timeless design sensibilities, with a palette of rich natural materials and understated elegance, every detail has been considered to create a home that feels both sophisticated and deeply personal.
