A couple of weeks ago I went for a walk. It was very chilly, and there was frost on the ground. There were no active insects. But there was this one butterfly who kept showing up beside me. Its lightness and showing up no matter how cold it was, gave me hope. What is giving you hope these days?

Was gibt dir Hoffnung in diesen Tagen? by @soulsignals

How do you know
peace is a woman?
I know, for I met her yesterday
on my winding way
to the world's fare.
She had such a sorrowful face
just like a golden flower faded
before her prime.

I asked her why
she was so sad?
She told me her baby
was killed in Auschwitz,
her daughter in Hiroshima
and her sons in Vietnam, India, Pakistan,
Ireland, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon,
Bosnia, Rwanda and Chechnya.

All the rest of her children, she said,
are on the nuclear
black-list of the dead,
all the rest, unless-
the whole world understands
that Peace is a Woman.

A thousand candles then lit
in her starry eyes, and I saw -
Peace is indeed a pregnant woman,
Peace is a mother.

Although in these times, I find it difficult to celebrate anything I want to say 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 to every woman on this planet! I want to especially celebrate the women in my life and thank you all for enriching my life, for inspiring me, being a great friend and supporter!

I have been absent from posting on Instagram for over a year. But I feel pulled to show up at this moment. After a pandemic, after flooding in my country, we have now day 12 of war in Europe. I would have never thought that I would write these words in my lifetime: War in Europe.
I feel at times overwhelmed on all levels. So I wanted to check in with all of you: How are you feeling? What do you do to help yourself feel more balanced? I go for walks, I write, I meditate, I pray for peace, I count my blessings, I read and I have limited my time where I am exposing myself to the news.
Thanks for the nodge @uninventedlife

Today is a day of hope. I hope the cold which has been hanging over the world will end today. I hope for healing to start and for bridges to mend across this planet. I feel already emotional.

This year I really enjoyed making goodies for Christmas.

This new year does feel different than the last year. I am wondering if it's just me or if the energy shifted.
.
I see a lot of my power animals. Like on this day this raptor. If someone knows what kind of bird this is in the picture, I would be grateful if you could tell me. I think it is a Hawk, but I am not sure. Do you pay attention to the animals who are showing up around you?
.
I am getting more into making my own healing remedies. I made my second oxymel (this time with horseradish), and I made a Fire Cider. How did the New Year start for you?
.

Happy New Year! - As I look back on the year 2020, I see a lot of challenges, but also chances and a lot of things to be grateful for.
.
For the year 2021, I wish
that you and your loved ones stay healthy.
That you connect with yourself and other people on a deeper level.
that you are able to follow your inner guidance
I wish you many positive adventures
I wish that you grow more into your own beauty and power regardless the circumstances.
I wish for you that you walk with hope through 2021
I wish for humanity that we come back together instead of growing more apart.
.
.
.
Frohes Neues Jahr!

I cannot put into words how I am feeling after the new President Mr. Joe Biden and the new Vizepresident Madam Kamala Harris of the USA have been elected. Thank you to all the voters who voted. Without you, this would have not been possible.
This election gives me hope that this is a sign of a change of energy in the Universe. I have hope that we all will start to feel a positive shift of the intense energy which has been hanging over us for the last years. I have hope for healing, coming closer again, learning about each other, uniting on more than one level, and growing as a human species.

I can't remember an election which has been making me so nervous, anxious, emotional etc. as this one. I have kept myself busy and have done things that I can control. I have done a lot of garden work, cooking and getting things ready for winter. What have you done to keep yourself balanced?
.

.
Was hast du getan um deine innere Balance zu fördern? by @soulsignals
