If you’ve landed here, something inside you may be asking for more. More support, more understanding, more gentleness, more truth.

Soul State Wellness is a space for women who are burnt out, overwhelmed, dysregulated, or feeling disconnected from themselves. A space where your nervous system is honored, your story is welcomed, and healing unfolds at a pace that feels safe for.

Here, we guide you back to your body’s wisdom through:

• Somatic coaching
• Therapeutic support
• Holistic facials
• Seasonal retreats
• Training & Education

This work is not about fixing.

If you feel even the smallest yes … that’s where we begin.

Start by booking a free alignment call through the link in the bio or, send a message if you have questions!

Somatic Coaching is the bridge between who you are today ... and the version of you who lives with more capacity, clarity, and deeper connection to self and others.

If traditional therapy helped but didn’t create lasting change… If you feel like you’re always “trying,” yet still numb, overwhelmed, or reacting…

If you struggle to name or feel your sensations, or feel everything all at once… Somatic coaching may be the piece you’ve been missing.

This work is gentle, slow, and intentional. We meet you where you are and work with your nervous system.

Through somatic coaching, you learn:

• Why your body responds the way it does
• How to regulate in real time
• How to re-build internal safety
• Noticing when your body is communicating through sensations
• How to meet life with more ease

Your body already knows the way. I’m here to guide you back to it.

Book an alignment call through the link in the bio or send a message if you’re unsure where to begin 🫶🏼

Ways we can work together 🤍

First, please know - there is no urgency here.
No fixing.
No pushing.

Only gentle, supportive pathways for coming back into relationship with your body, your nervous system, and yourself.

Whether you’re craving a single moment of grounding, a steady rhythm of support, or a deeper container for regulation and capacity-building, know there is space for you here.

• Somatic coaching to support safety, awareness, and resilience.
• Holistic facials designed to calm the nervous system while nourishing the skin.
• Blended experiences that integrate inner regulation with external care.
• Corporate speaking engagements where we speak about the ROI of Regulation.

If you’re feeling a pull toward this work, trust that.
Choose what feels supportive right now.

Book a session or explore which container feels most aligned. From there, we’ll move at a pace your body can trust.

You’re not behind.
Your body already knows the timing.

Putting others on a pedestal can quietly disconnect you from your own value.

For years, I looked up to the people around me without realizing I was diminishing my own strengths, my own voice, and what I brought to my relationships and work.

Today, I’m inviting you to notice: Who have you placed above yourself and what might you be overlooking in you?
You don’t have to make yourself smaller to appreciate someone else.

If this resonates, take a moment to sit with it—and notice what comes up for you.

To all my friends that checked in on me weekly to see if I had finished the closet yet - I did it!!!!!!!!!!

Letting go isn’t always about walking away, it’s about making space for who you are becoming.

We change. Our needs change. What once felt right may no longer fit and that doesn’t mean it was wrong. It simply means you’re allowed to choose differently now. Learning we have choice is a big part of what this work supports.

What are you ready to make space for?

If you’re navigating a season of change that feels too difficult to do on your own - The Human Dashboard™ Guide or our coaching containers offer varying support for you. Let us purge together!

I always looked outside myself for validation. For an executive to tell me I did a good job. For a partner to tell me I was enough. For family to validate my childhood experiences. The list goes on and on ...

But what I now know is this: When you become more comfortable with your own decisions, your boundaries, your needs, and own your yes and no responses you no longer seek confirmation from others.

Self-trust doesn’t mean you’ll never doubt yourself. It simply means you learn to pause, notice what’s happening within you, and give your own experience and feelings a little more weight. That kind of confidence can feel quieter but also much more freeing.

What would change for you if you trusted yourself even a little more?

Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness can leave the biggest impression.

A little patience. Someone making space for another person. A moment of consideration that might seem ordinary to one person but mean so much to another.

What stood out to me in this experience was how much more I began to notice when I had the capacity to be present. I could recognise the kindness around me and actually feel what it brought up in me.

It reminded me that kindness isn’t just something we observe. It’s something we can experience, too.

Today, let’s give a little appreciation to the people who make the world feel gentler through the small things they do.

What’s a small act of kindness someone has shown you that has stayed with you? 🤍

“I’ve tried the breathing. It’s not working.”

That comment highlights something important: the right tool depends on the state your nervous system is in.

What helps you feel grounded in one moment may not be what your body needs in another. And some tools work and some tools don't. This is where the support of a SE Practitioner can help. We have many different tools we share and we trust the response from the body in terms of what is working and what is not.

Instead of forcing a tool to work, try to understand what your body is communicating.

If you want support becoming fluent in yourself you have two options: The Human Dashboard™ Starter Guide or 1:1 coaching. Access to both in the bio.

When we stay the course and live in alignment - good things follow 💫🙏💯

Thailand, here I come!

This November, I’m honoured to be travelling to Phuket, Thailand, as a privately invited delegate to the Global Wellness Summit, joining leaders and innovators from around the world to explore and discuss the future of wellness.

As a Global Wellness Institute Ambassador, I also have the privilege of sharing insights from the monthly Wellness Barometer, exploring global economic trends and their impact on wellness.

What excites me most? Bringing these global conversations, connections, research and insights home to my clients, my community and fellow Canadians.

I believe the future of wellness isn’t just about more technology or tracking more data. It’s about becoming more fluent in ourselves, understanding our bodies and making informed choices about how we live.

This is the heart of my work at Soul State Wellness Inc. and why I created The Human Dashboard™.

Because the future of wellness isn’t just something we should be watching. It’s something we can actively participate in creating.

I can’t wait to share this journey and everything I learn along the way! We all deserve a life of vitality.

Your nervous system and your digestive system are more connected than you might realise.

When we’re under stress, the body has to decide where to direct its energy. During periods of prolonged stress, digestion can be affected because the body is prioritising what it perceives as more immediate demands.

For some people, stress may show up as an unsettled stomach, changes in appetite, bloating or changes in bowel movements. For others, it can look completely different.

And this is where becoming curious about your body can be useful.

Instead of immediately asking, “What’s wrong with me?” you might start asking:

What was happening in my life when this started?
What do I notice in my body when I’m under pressure?
Does this pattern show up during particular situations or seasons of my life?

That doesn’t mean every digestive symptom is caused by stress. Our bodies are complex, and ongoing or concerning digestive changes deserve appropriate medical attention.

But our physical symptoms can be worth paying attention to rather than simply pushing through them.

The body often gives us information. Learning to notice those patterns can be the beginning of a different relationship with yourself.

If you’re curious about how your stress patterns show up in your body and want support exploring them, visit the link in my bio to learn more about 1:1 somatic coaching and the services I offer.
