The Feral Woman 🐆🐆🐆

Jaguar, Cheetah, Lioness, Cat

Behind the scenes @medicinefestival after a prayformance with @mushinamusic and familia on the mainstage. 🎶 💃🏻

Here I was in my natural habitat, grounding and playing with the leaves, receiving sunshine and being happy in my element 🍃🌞

Captured by the beautiful @soulfocus_media making a adorable sound 🤭

Fun fact! I got quite some questions about if my teeth were real / and many compliments about it, fitting me (as a cat, but also human! ;) and I received it with so much love! I don’t have straight aligned teeth and I never aimed for that. I did doubt it for many years, dealing with insecurity and decided to either solve it as the crowd does, or change my mindset about it. I did the last.
Trrrrust yourself prrrr 😸

————————
My whole life I have been attracted to Feral animals.
I am miauwing as a joke for years, hashtagging miauw with no specific reason, using the animals als my spirit guides and since two and a half year I integrated the Jaguar in my work.

With the respect to the Mayan wisdom from Mexico, which I spend time diving into, I travelled different festivals to pray, dance and sing.

On Medicine Festival I was a Roaming Jaguar on the field, dancing with live musicians, having chats with people, play with the kids (and adults ;) and initiate movement and sound to activate people and hold space.

All my work merged! 😭🙏🏼❤️

It was such a gift to be able to be me, integrated with this animal.

You can book her for your performance, festival, event, ecstatic dances. 🫶🏼

If you want to know more about activating the power, support and playfullness of this archetype in you, or receive my support in your process in life, reach out to me 😊🙏🏼

WOW WHAT A DAYS!
Practice what you preach.

One day ‘late’ (which is one of my themes I had to work with ;), yet also it is never too late. See the paradox? You can still work with this energy that I share in the video.

Have you felt off lately?
9/9 is the portal of completion.
What karmic cycle is showed to you?

These portal days are really powerful.
Use it in your advantage. Feel into which deep rooted doors are closing. 🐉
And work with the new moon energy in Virgo today 10/9.

It offers you a clean slate around the things that come to mind, the looping thoughts you had these days.

Do you need support and clarity with this?
DM me as I open up one spot to claim this transition and transformation! The time is NOW! 🐍🪄✨🦋

I love you.

To be happy and free,
I just need to be all of me.

Magical woman, don’t dim your light.
You may be the anchor in someone’s difficult night —
but are they standing beside you,
or simply feeding from your light?

Woman, it is time to reclaim your energy.
To come back to yourself.
To remember that your life force is sacred.
We dive deep into our sacred wombs,
our ancient force of creation.

To come home to ourselves,
to love ourselves,
and to remember our wild, sacred essence.
We celebrate all our archetypes.
All our colours.
All that is alive within us.

For us.
And so, for the world.
With strength and devotion,
we continue carrying our Medicine
with respect and honour.

Queens, it is time. 👸🏻

We come together to celebrate all that we are. In safety, sisterhood and unity,
we create space to express our authenticity,
to be fully seen, and to receive.
A safe haven to be all of you.
To come home to yourself.
And to receive the feeling of home
through the love and presence of truth.

Come as you are.
Move what wants to move.
Feel what wants to be felt.
Remember who you are.

MOVEMENT MEDITATION ❤️‍🔥

I am so grateful and humbled by life.
That I can share the medicine of movement, whether it is as a performer for a big audience, guide it on events, or create my own safe space for a smaller group of people, or 1:1.

Mexico gifted me the humbleness of starting from ‘scratch’ in which I had to just do it and see if people show up. Now I am starting my second month of weekly showing up for myself and the ones feeling the call, and create a beautiful field for people to explore their authentic movement.

It has truly been wonderful, touching and grounding so far, if you wish to join reach out to me! 🫶🏼

ALSO I am opening my agenda from April on into the world. If you know any retreat, festival, events or want to create something with me regarding movement, meditation, breathe, cacao, music (other post soon) reach out to me! 🌟

In this Movement Meditation, Raïfa creates a safe and open space to explore your inner world and express it through the body. She guides you with practical movement tools and her intuitive nature, combined with complementary music, focusing on the journey rather than the outcome.

We start by checking in with the body — grounding, sensing and listening inward. From there, we gently open to the space and the people around us. We explore connection, vulnerability and authentic expression — to truly see and be seen.
This is not an escape into music, but an invitation to meet yourself within it.

Raïfa weaves elements of nature, dance, yoga, mindfulness and her experiences across cultures into a grounded yet expansive journey.

✨ It’s not about the steps, it’s about you
✨ Bring water and layered clothes
✨ Come as you are

Enter Playa 72 and walk 3 mins to the right
🗓 Wednesday 25th February
⏰ 7:45 - 9:00 am
💛 Donation based - minimum 100 MXN.

Move, feel, connect, and remember your inner truth&freedom. 🤍

Wauw. Yesterday I went to the beautiful medicine concert of @maltemarten organized by @heartfirenl ❤️‍🔥

Dear @conradoxmolina was also part of these magical sounds. We met twice when performing with Estas Tonne. It was wonderful to see him in presence and essence again 🙌🏼

My body got really activated and was expressing what was present in the moment.

My passion and profession is to translate music into movement, listen to what is present in the moment and let my body paint the energy. Feel into what is alive inside of me, the musicians and in the space, and let my body speak through that.
The most fulfilling way to do this is with live musicians—on festivals, on stages, or wherever it’s possible.

I am open for bookings as a performer or a movement facilitator. Dm for more information 🙌🏼

Prayformance for ‘sale’ 🤍

A Prayer for Peace is a dance solo where inner calm becomes a sacred offering. In our outer and inner world we are often stirred by chaos, this piece invites softness, grace, and breath. Raïfa weaves contemporary dance with intuitive flow and the grounding rhythm of her shamanic drum, opening a space where stillness can be felt as a living presence. A gentle yet powerful invocation, touching the audience like a breeze of peace.

Duration: approx. 9 minutes (flexible)
Options: theatres, festivals, concious events and gatherings, retreats in which a guided movement workshop can be attached ✨

This piece was created as a series of ‘The Ravin’ in which I made various chapters, going from the black Raven which was focussed on the dark (un)concious, to nude in which she shed her layers and being reborn again, into white where she finds inner peace in the chaos - a fresh start of new beginnings.

Manifest your own painting 🌈

A beautiful meditation for this New Moon energy in Taurus!

When I was in Mexico, I was walking one direction but felt I had to turn back. When I did, a beautiful huge rainbow appeared. My hapiness and joy and synchronisity feeling was activated. I channeled this meditation of 15 minutes, with my feet in the sand and water, firmly grounded and able to fly with my words looking at the rainbow.

I love how my creativity is expanding, just happening, and now months later I got the clarity to combine my pictures, my voice and share the channel of expression to you. It is quite new to me. Let me know what you feel and think!

Enjoy a short version of it.

I will share the full version on YouTube / Spotify tomorrow.
Dm me for the link 💆🏻‍♀️🤍🫶🏼✨🙌🏼

Into the softness 🍃

Practice what you preach.
Lately (and still) I was in a place of confusion, knewing emptiness would come. Yet, I had some suggestions. But God showed me otherwise, and stripped even more away. I felt anger, lost in direction, a victim, sad. Tensed nervous system. Impatient. Wanting answers NOW.

Today after my job I went to a random wood with my rental car. I talked and talked and tried to empty the noice. But with compassion. I started to ask questions, interact with the nature around me and answers were given. Not by forcing, but by really being present with what is around me. Witcheridoodoo if you’d like.

A bee landing on my jacket (which I asked for with a question), a cat appeared right after and the touch of the strong tree that I caressed was soft.

I surrendered to my own softness, and allowed my body to stand and talk with that. I could soften, feel into my feminine, slow down and empty my mind from anxious to relaxed. Trusting. Let the body take action.

In my movement sessions we see truth in whatever is alive, and find a way to transform it. If you feel you could use some guidance to work with what is alive inside of you, reach out to me!

I wouldn’t be of a great facilitator, if I don’t keep on applying all my information towards myself. ;)

So here an ode to finding softness in the chaos and confusion. Just for these beautiful moments as they were. And as all moments are valuable, even when we don’t believe so.
