I have been diving deeply into the ancient mysteries of Sacred Union, the mysteries of divine love, sacred partnership and the meeting of souls.

And the more I explore, the more I feel that sacred union holds the potential to transform so much of our world.

Because when there is love within a family, children get to experience love as their first language. They learn how to love by being loved. They carry that knowing into their relationships, their communities and eventually their own families. And so love becomes something that can be passed down through generations, just as our wounds have been.

But sacred union is not simply about finding your soulmate or experiencing divine romance. It is an invitation to enter into a radically different relationship with life itself.

It means opening to all the frightened, wounded and guarded places within our hearts. Meeting all the places where we have stopped believing in love, where we fear intimacy, where we protect ourselves from being fully seen. Welcoming those places rather than abandoning them.

And it also means reclaiming the parts of ourselves we have repressed, judged or shamed. Our deepest desires, our pleasure, our sensuality, our wild side. Surrendering to the fullness of our being without making ourselves smaller to be loved.

And on this path, we will continually be invited to choose between control and love.

Because we cannot enter deeply into the mystery of love and remain in control.

And to let that love transform not only our own lives, but the generations that come after us.

“Truly committing to Love will take you on the royal road of the soul.

Not only will you pass through all your own personal wounds and ancestral wounds, but it will also lead you through the valley of the original sacred wound of humanity, when sacred duality became separation.

We do not sit up on a mountain and ignore the valley beneath us, we walk down flooding all experiences with Love and forgiveness, restoring connection.”

Lately, I’ve been on a deep journey of awakening my womb and reconnecting with my feminine energy.

It’s been one of the most profound and life-changing experiences of my life.

A journey of reconnecting with pleasure, sensuality, and the life force energy moving through my body. Of experiencing moments of bliss and new dimensions of what it means to be fully alive.

Along the way, I’ve been learning so much about feminine wisdom and the beautiful dance between masculine and feminine energies.

As I’ve been healing my relationship with the masculine and cultivating a deeper sense of safety and stability within my own system, I’ve experienced how much more freely my feminine energy can flow.

The feminine is about receiving, allowing, feeling, creating, blossoming, surrendering to the natural rhythms of life and more.

When we feel safe enough to soften, there is so much that can begin to open.

There’s still so much I’m learning, exploring, and integrating, and I know I am not the only one walking this path of remembering and reconnecting with the femminine. We walk together ❤️🌹 by @soulvale

What becomes possible when you slow down enough to truly feel yourself and have a place where you can be felt, seen, and met by others?

Somatic circling is an invitation to experience a different kind of connection. A space to slow down, listen to your body, soften your systems and discover what happens when we come together with presence.

Together, we’ll explore the kind of connection our bodies long for, the deeper remembering of how we were made to relate, as human beings who live in community. A space where you can be witnessed without needing to prove anything, supported without apologizing for your needs, and connected without losing yourself.

We’ll explore what becomes possible when we stay connected to ourselves while opening more fully to one another.

There will be room for intimacy, receiving, expression, play, curiosity and the quiet intelligence of the body.

Nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing you need to become.

A space to feel, connect, explore, and belong.

Come as you are.

Last weekend was really magical. 🤍

Connecting, dancing, singing, feeling, sharing stories, food, wisdom, and presence.

Remembering our roots and how much we are meant to live in community and connection.

I’m so grateful for @conscious.growth and for everyone who was part of it ❤️🙏🏻 by @soulvale

I sat down with my teacher recently and what I experienced initially was strong heat in my body and sweat, which I recognized as shame.
Once that was gone, I experienced being fully met.

“Fully met” is something that I had read many times in posts, and I couldn’t really understand what that was until I experienced it. I felt safe, full, complete, held,
all of these things together.

And once I experienced that, I started to feel so interconnected with everything.
Any worry that I had just before entering the call, I couldn’t feel them anymore. I couldn’t even think about worrying thoughts.

When I described this to my teacher, he said that what I was experiencing was non-dual awareness.

A couple of days after, I had another session, and it was a very similar experience. But this time, also, the heart opened, and I could feel some love flow.

At this point, I really understood on a somatic level that this interconnectedness and love is always available to us. It’s always here; we just need to find a way to access it.

And I really realized that the entry point to that experience happens when you are fully met. If your needs are met, if you feel full and complete and held. That’s when you can access the interconnectedness with everything and everyone.

Masculine and feminine energy aren’t about gender.

Both are essential.

There is no way I can fit all the details about this subject on an IG post. I have been learning and integrating these energies for a few years but I hope this post reach the people that need this information ❤️

After every retreat, course, workshop, or session, I am left with the same feeling: deep gratitude.

Gratitude for every person who chooses to show up with an open heart, willing to be seen in their most authentic and vulnerable self. It is such a privilege to witness.

This retreat was a beautiful gathering of women, and we embraced the feminine way of being, softening, slowing down, opening, and allowing life to move through us rather than forcing it.

In my opinion, there is nothing to fix, nothing to achieve. Just space to remember, to feel, and to let everything that was ready to bloom unfold in its own perfect timing.

My heart is also full of gratitude for the incredible colleagues. Your presence, wisdom, and love created such a safe and beautiful container.
It was an honor to be part of this experience.

Sending so much love to every woman who shared this journey.

May you continue to trust the unfolding and carry this softness with you into your everyday life. ❤️
