a quiet life, rich inner existence. i feel like im always on the inside looking out at utter chaos. the journey to your highest self will be the hardest because intimacy is scary. your art WILL cost your life. but perhaps it is the becoming of yourself in which creativity truly flows - mere thoughts and fickle ideas begin to authenticate themselves before you and the timeline you begin to exist in feels so distant yet familiar. i just pray that my will to continuously generate art moves with the times and unexpected changes, and that through my persistence the wretched shame of my past will be alchemised into light and ease for many days to come. by @soundofskylar

being a creative is so hard sometimes and peace and quiet is really what i need to ground myself. been asking myself what music i want to write lately, and what themes are most authentic to me. might jus fuck around and write a song about how hard it is to be an artist but whatever
