High-energy vibes, stunning decor, next-level lighting, and unforgettable moments! Chanel & Charlie’s vision was a “Forest Rave,” bringing Miami to the mountains. To bring the vision to life we teamed up with @summitcreativeproductions to enhance the Zenith Package with @zebuel + DJ Live Fusion, creating pure magic! ✨🎶 Grateful to do what we love with people we love working with!

Some love stories are quiet. Chloe and Oliver’s is the kind you can hear from across the valley.

Bubbly, playful, and completely contagious, their joy had everyone laughing a little louder and hugging a little longer. Two incredible families and two wonderful friend groups came together in Tahoe as one, and it felt like the best kind of reunion.

An early autumn palette that still felt soft and bridal, the mountains looking on, and pure happiness from start to finish. Chloe and Oliver, thank you for letting us be part of it. More to come.

When the music has to stop at 8 PM, but the party is just getting started… 🎧🪩🔥

Erin & Parker tied the knot on the stunning shores of Lake Tahoe, where local sound restrictions meant the music had to end early. But who says the party has to stop?…Silent Disco to the rescue! 🙌

DJ Izzy Wise kept the dance floor rocking well into the night, turning a noise restriction into one of the most unforgettable moments of the wedding!

Proof that a little creativity can take a great party to the next level. 💃🕺

You see this. But first, this happens.

While the couple was getting ready, our team was moving between two venues, preparing one for the ceremony and transforming another for the reception. Every table set, floral placed, sign positioned, and finishing detail came together before guests ever stepped into the space.

Executing a vision across two locations takes a lot of coordination behind the scenes, and an incredible vendor team working in sync. The final result may feel effortless, but there is so much care happening before that first look.

Follow along for more of what goes into bringing a wedding day to life.

My heart can’t even handle the honor of being let into a day like this 🌙

One of the only witnesses to your first look. All the tears. The nervous laughs. Capturing all the “holy shit, this is actually happening” moments.

A front row seat to all the good shit. The big feelings, the quiet ones, & everything in between.

Gets me every dang time. 🥲🩵 taken in Lake Tahoe, California by @soundselevated

After dancing all night and screaming at the top of your lungs at your wedding, there’s nothing like a good ol’ group hug singalong to close out the night! Congrats Erin & Parker! 🥂

Jerry & Sarah ::: Cabo San Lucas Mexico 🇲🇽

Such a fun one at @solazresortloscabos ! Beautiful setting, great people, and a crew that was ready to party!

We brought DJ Live Fusion down for this one with DJ + sax + drums, which is pretty much our favorite way to do it. All the flexibility of a DJ, with live musicians jumping in and bringing another level of energy to the dance floor.

We kicked off the weekend with an epic boat party & sunset cruise that set the tone for this beautiful celebration.

Shout out to @mcw_photocinema for these incredible shots! Big thanks to @ariannaocampo.events for the planning & design & @elviejito.guitar for the cocktail hour vibes.

We’ve been loving doing more destination weddings and are definitely here for more of these!

If you’re getting married in Mexico and want the music to feel fun, elevated, and unique , hit us up. We travel. ✈️

“Music was such a huge part of our wedding, and Ian and the Sounds Elevated Collective delivered in every way. We had Ian as our DJ, paired with a trombone player, saxophonist, and drummer, and it was exactly what we hoped for. I knew from the start that I wanted brass instruments at our wedding, and the fusion of DJ and live musicians turned out even better than we imagined.

Ian handled everything from start to finish, our ceremony music cues, cocktail hour, a full live band for the reception, and then closed out the night DJing our after party. Communication with him was great throughout the process, he took the song suggestions we gave him and ran with them, adding in additional songs that fit our vibe perfectly.

Honestly, I was nervous beforehand that people wouldn’t dance at our wedding, but Ian and the band had the floor packed almost immediately. Our guests are still talking about how good the music was. If music matters to you for your wedding, we can’t recommend Ian and Sounds Elevated enough.”
