In 2020 about a week before the world changed forever as we entered the global pandemic, I was dancing my heart out at Electric Gardens seeing @armandvanhelden perform for the first time…I thought about those memories often as the world dealt with covid - long for the day we were able to dance again . Since then I’ve seen Armand several more times and they’ve always been the happiest memories with my friends✨ 3 years ago I decided I was going to make a conscious effort to pivot my career into the music industry… last Saturday was a real pinch me moment as I looked after Armand at @club.above 3rd birthday 🥹💜 #ifyoudontgoyouwontknow #sydneymusicscene #careermilestone #musicindustry by @soundsofsud
What’s been the most rewarding aspect about going sober? Great segment of 10 on tour with @samdivinedj last year. It was inspiring to hear all of the ways sobriety can have a positive impact on your life. #normalisesobriety #soberlife #spirituality #musicindustry #tourlife by @soundsofsud
Who are you this long weekend ? #sydneymusicscene #sash by @soundsofsud
One of those videos that never fails to make me smile - 3 years ago since the best Halloween everrrr 👻 This weekend means so many things to me. Firstly, it was the start of so many incredible friendships. @ryanokearns @danwilinski @duffyxx @loz.battista and so many more. Dan was basically on the decks for 48 hours straight😂 I remember my body was SO sore after dancing over 70km in steps in 3 days. I remember getting a massage in soooo much pain and having the epiphany to start a podcast. Whilst I’m taking a little break from it right now, it’s definitely something I want to pick back up soon. The whole aim of starting it was to find my way into the music industry by figuring it all out along the way. And 12 months later, that happened… I’m about to enter my third summer looking after the events at ivy and yet more full circle moments as we are working with @return_to_rio on a series of awesome events! What a weekend it was. I genuinely feel like this was the start of an entire phase of my life. A little reminder to acknowledge and celebrate the moments that feel significant to you, because they probably are!! 💜 by @soundsofsud

I’ve waited 6 and a half years to ask him this …. #irish by @soundsofsud
1st Jan 2023 - I message Wongo & Fritter as a total stranger to say thanks for an incredible set as they closed Lost Paradise the night before. They were so nice and took the time to reply to me, which gave me a real confidence boost as I was trying to pivot my career into the music industry. Pauric had also never touched a set of decks at this time. 4th October 2026 - I’m coming up to two years in my role as event producer at ivy, and the guys were finally playing block party . I’ve been waiting to host them together here for so long! Then the cherry on top was Pauric (@sink93.dj) making his ivy debut on the same day , putting him on the line up with two people that were part of his inspiration to learn to DJ in the first place! Full circle moments are just my favourite 🧚🏻‍♀️ Thanks for continuing to be two of biggest legends @littlefritter @wongomusic 👊🏼 by @soundsofsud
Doing my 10 year post a year and one month late lol. I had all intentions of doing this last year but I was unexpectedly in hospital so that was that. Then I had planned to post on my 11th anniversary, but little did I know I was about to embark on a month-long journey(for better and worse) down memory lane as I went through 11 years worth of content on my phone. It’s amazing to revisit the different chapters of my life here and how much I’ve changed over the years . It’s hard to put into words what it is to spend your 20s living an entirely new life on the other side of the world. I had one family friend here when I arrived - other than that, I wouldn’t know a single one of the amazing people in my life even existed if I had never got on the plane. Forever grateful for the opportunities, friendships, and experiences along the way. I’ve always described living in Australia as “being able to do something on your day off that you can only do on your holidays back home.” There’s no point trying to explain the pain of missing home though. I miss my family. I miss my friends. I’ve missed weddings, funerals, birthdays and everything in between. Once you accept that you can’t have it all and everything comes at a price , it’s a lot easier to enjoy life here to the fullest. Big love to everyone who’s shaped my journey , you know who you are 💜 #movingabroad #expat #uktoaustralia #expatlife #australia by @soundsofsud
