👾 NEW RELEASE! 👾

Take Your Time – EP is a five-track showcase of bass-heavy versatility from New Zealand’s Unwell, blending UK bass, garage, 2-step, and jungle; it moves from laid back grooves to peak-time club pressure.

Produced and mixed in Aotearoa with international remixes; the EP opens with the title track Take Your Time; a slower, swing-heavy garage cut, followed by two remixes: producers Joku deliver a bass heavy flip, while Ukrainian artist Lostlojic adds a smoky, atmospheric, techno edge.

Disco Take switches gears with a playful jungle-meets-disco fusion, before Tamaki Makaurau based AndWahn closes the EP with a driving club remix built for peak-time energy.

Released on Washington’s Sound Transitions, Take Your Time – EP is a cross- continental journey in groove; born in Wellington but shaped by influences and talents from across the world. It’s a celebration of bass culture’s international spirit. 🌎✨

Sound Transitions is proud to present it's 39th release and last of the year with Manchester native and 'Roadkill UK label head, 4TGANG. The ‘At Midnight’ EP ebbs and flows effortlessly underpinned by delicate piano chords. Enveloping pads, skittered drum fills, ethereal vocals and deep subs make up ‘I Don’t Miss You’, creating a warming hazy feeling that wraps around you.

With remixes from Larmour as he ups the energy levels a notch with a driving progressive spin, perfect for big rooms and sweaty basements alike. While Memphis Glass’ take is an unhurried house cut that strips the track back to its core and meticulously builds it back up again. Out November 9th via bandcamp. 🔗 link in bio 🔗

It's time to cry in the club with talented producer Irene J. & his 'Line Of Sight' EP featuring a heavy-duty remix from Tehn.

Emotive melodies meet heart-wrenching vocals, huge rees basslines & intricate chopped drum breaks in this blissful two track EP that is sure to make you hug your mates as this is blasted out in your favorite warehouse, basement rave.

One for the jungle and drum & bass heads, the original track pays homage to the 90s with its stretched out drum fills & ambient pads reminiscent of a bygone era.

Tehn then puts a footwork-esque spin on the original, incorporating granulated pads and frenetic kick patterns into the lush synthwork of Irene J., resulting in a cut perfect for closing your night out to as it fades into the distance.

Shevin Kields’ ‘Crimean Techno Research Facility’ EP lands on Sound Transitions with four punch and intoxicating electro originals, and two killer remixes from Selfhood and Rounds. From start to finish, this EP delivers an immersive experience that transcends traditional genre boundaries. Each track showcases meticulously crafted synthesis, creating a hypnotic atmosphere that transports listeners to a world of pulsating rhythms and ethereal melodies.

The title track kicks off the EP with it’s catchy, ear worm acid hooks, and dreamy atmospherics, which are built upon in ‘First Date’, a hypnotic, melodic trip that evokes feelings of big sunrise moments on the Dancefloor. 'Suspension’ keeps the momentum pushing forward - a more classic electro heater, with Shevin’s typically catchy bassline and pad melodies bringing the trademark emotion. ‘Ain’t changed’ rounds off the originals on the EP with it’s uptempo, ghetto house/electro flair.
