This isn't the best picture but I was so proud of myself for the first time I challenged myself to make a German chocolates cake from scratch even the topping and it was amazing my family tore it up I had many reactions and this proves to me I can bake anything. Keep focused no one said weightloss done naturally was easy but it's worth it and it's not so bad once you get use to cutting back portions and sugar and salt intake some. It just takes some willpower and encouragement and I'm here to say it can be done and you can do it. I always ate crazy and didn't care how much sugar and salt I was in taking until I realized the harm it does over time.
