Thank you to everyone who joined me live today. 🤍

Today we journeyed through a gentle yet powerful breathwork practice, beginning with left nostril breathing to invite calm and balance, setting an intention for what we were ready to receive and release, moving into Breath of Fire to awaken our energy, using the healing vibration of humming to soften the heart and quiet the mind, and closing with a slow 4-count inhale and 8-count exhale to regulate the nervous system and return to stillness.

Every breath is an opportunity to come back to yourself.
