birthday weekend almost over… and with that i say goodbye to a lot of bullshit and a half-hearted life. welcoming loving friends, community, endless dance sessions and a lot of creative chaos. i rather find my way through all the chaos than living a perfectly curated life that doesn’t even feel like it’s my own… looking soooo much forward to what this year will bring. i’m already so grateful for the people in my life who make it so special and make me feel loved and welcomed, even through uncertainty, so many changes, distractions and all the challanges life brings! <3

it’s crazy how much this city has changed since i’ve been here the last time, crazy how much i have changed. it felt less chaotic, big and overwhelming and instead exciting, inspiring and kinda liberating… also being protected now by my little taurus (cr: @johnboyy.____ & @randy_rora ) always reminding me of who i am and what i want.

Heel up your confidence and reconnect with your fire. ❤️‍🔥

Build confidence in your body, reconnect with your inner strength, and simply enjoy moving to great music (think Rihanna, Beyoncé, Zara Larsson…).

On August 29th, we’re creating a safe space just for you. No perfectionism. No experience needed. No pressure. Just come with curiosity and a willingness to explore your own movement.

What we’ll do together:
✨ Warm up & reconnect with our bodies
✨ Learn the basics of heels technique & posture
✨ Build body confidence through simple exercises & sensual movement
✨ Learn a fun, beginner-friendly choreography that brings out your inner power

freundschaft, freiheit in verbindungen, und heimkommen: irgendwo zwischen suchen, finden, zweifeln, hoffen und all den losen fäden, die das leben so spinnt - bist du irgendwie ein dicker roter faden. eins meiner lebensziele: mit dir berge erklimmen, bis wir 90 sind. in eiskalte seen springen, sodass unsere herzen schreien vor leben. lachend oder weinend, unsere tiefsten ängste teilen - so lange, bis sie immer leiser werden und wir sie kaum mehr hören.
weil geteilte angst weniger wiegt. und weil das herz so viel leichter mit freude und lust gefüllt werden kann.

bildauswahl sehr random, über rasthofselfies, irgendwelchen selfies, kühen und pferden auf der weide, ausblicke, die die kamera nicht in ihrer ganzen schönheit erfassen kann, dingen die man tut wenn man kein internet hat (trampolin springen?), dem obligatorischen kaiserschmarren und der feststellung dass ich mehr sonnencreme auftragen sollte… taken in Haldensee, Tirol, Austria by @sousavi
