November at Southall is all about gathering. The night before Thanksgiving, bring your friends and family to the Hilltop for some of the best views on the property, with food, drinks and plenty of time together before the holiday madness begins. Then make Thanksgiving your own, join us for the feast, bring Southall home with our Thanksgiving at Home offering, or start the morning with our Thanksgiving 5K. However, you spend it, there’s plenty on the calendar this November for everyone. 🔗 Book your November experience at the link in our bio by @southalltn
We’re grateful to share that Southall has been named the #1 Resort in the South in Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards. With more than 750,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers participating in this year’s awards, the recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the travelers who have experienced Southall firsthand. Southall has always been about bringing every part of the property together... the tarm and gardens, trails and apiaries, ingredients grown just steps from the kitchen, thoughtful dining, restorative wellness and the people who make every stay feel personal. To everyone who has stayed, explored, dined, celebrated or simply found a reason to spend time with us, thank you for being part of Southall. We’re incredibly grateful for this recognition and even more grateful for the people who made it possible. by @southalltn

Great things happen when comfort meets connection. As Southall’s official vehicle partner, @Lincoln hosted an unforgettable event on our property this August, where attendees enjoyed group wellness sessions, curated tastings, dedicated meeting spaces, and plenty of opportunities to explore Southall and experience Lincoln vehicles firsthand. Let Southall become your own: a place to bring your vision to life, bring your team together, and create room to connect and grow. #Navigator 🔗 Learn more at the link in our bio by @southalltn
The largest hotel in Tennessee might be on Southall's property, just not the kind you’d expect. Our 10,000-reed pollinator wall gives native mason bees and leafcutter bees a place to nest throughout the seasons. Neither produces honey, but both are incredible pollinators.. pollinating our farm up to 100 times more effectively than honeybees, thanks to the way they collect and carry pollen. The reeds are made from Tennessee cane harvested right here on property. Mason bees use mud to build their nests inside, while leafcutter bees line theirs with pieces of leaves. 🔗 Learn more about Southall and our bees at the link in bio by @southalltn

As the sun goes down at Southall, our complimentary s’mores cart rolls out onto the Sojourner patio to offer a little sweet treat after dinner. With everything you need to build your own s’more, it’s a tradition the little ones look forward to and the parents enjoy just as much. by @southalltn

Beets, two ways. From the farm to your plate and your glass. Our farm-grown Boro beets are making their way into January's newest Arctic char dish and behind the bar in the Root Awakening cocktail, paired with Franklin Gin and Thai basil from the garden. 🔗 Reserve your table at the link in bio by @southalltn
Everywhere you turn, there's another little reminder that October is here. Scattered throughout the property, pumpkins have a way of making every corner of the farm feel like a picture-perfect fall scene. Want to bring a little of the season home? Stop by our Farmstand, where pumpkins are available for purchase for both resort guests and locals. by @southalltn
