Having been to the hairdressers, I thought I would try to wear something glamorous for my 'shopping my wardrobe' outfit today. Age is a privilege. Style is timeless. This outfit has been with me for over 40 years, and I still love wearing it. ❤️Unfortunately, the outfit has some mold spots on it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove them?I have to thank my wonderful hairdresser, Fiona, for this suggestion! Hallo lovely ladies. Hope all is well wherever you are. No shopping my wardrobe today, as I had to pop up to @tesco. I don't know about you, but I love to pick up the latest copy of their magazine to see what delicious recipes they have this month. I'm wearing my favourite white linen top @busbyandfox and palazzo pants @marksandspencer .At 5ft 1, I used to think that I was far too short to wear wide trousers like this, but I am definitely a convert. Here I am again, shopping my wardrobe, and this dress is over 60 years old! Made for me by my dear mum when I was a teenager. My mum was a Tailoress and made all my clothes. Moi? I can just about sew on a button 🤦‍♀️. The swinging sixties! Those were the days my friend. Happy that I can still get into this dress at almost 80.Not that I'll be wearing it into the village anytime soon. Happy Monday everyone. Here we have outfit 2 of my wardrobe challenge. This time it's the top by @marksandspencerstyle . There’s quite a breeze out there today in heavenly Devon 🌿🌊.So this is old outfit number 1 that I have discovered in my wardrobe. Well, I've sneaked down to Next to use their Internet!Hope you're all managing to keep cool here in the UK 🥵.For some reason, the Reel has a 70s look colour. Must be the sun! ☀️ When the temperature rises, only a floaty summer dress will do. Soaking up the sunshine in beautiful South Devon. 💛So here I am twirling my way through another scorcher in South Devon. This dress was made for hot summer days. 💃☀️There's a story behind the bag. I saw it in @nextofficial last week at £38, so I hesitated. This week it was in their Summer Sale at £15, so I was a very happy lady. I love this bag, just right for Summer days.
