Last August, we hosted the Turcotte family from Canada 🇨🇦

Mom, dad, and their two sons (12 and 16) — a family of passionate skiers. The kids compete in moguls, and they came with a clear goal: to get off the groomers, explore the backcountry, and experience the mountains in a different way.

They arrived right in the middle of one of the biggest storms of the season. We started with guided freeride at the resort while it snowed nonstop. The next day, when the sun finally came out, we headed back out for another freeride day — this time skiing all over the mountain. On the third day, we went snowmobile skiing, searching for untouched lines, exploring farther into the mountains, and experiencing that unique feeling of freedom that only the backcountry can offer.

It was one of those weeks that stays with you. Not only because of the snow, but because of the connection and energy of a family truly passionate about skiing.
They left us inspired — and even more motivated to keep sharing the mountains with others. by @southlineschile

@southlineschile working their magic for us in Chile! These guys are the best there is for snowmobile access skiing. Sure, their machines were nice, they were knowledgeable, trained and patient… but what makes them the best is their stoke for providing meaningful experiences for their guests. They were as excited for us as we were for the skiing!
